Pass by: Was once a sordid quarter where brothels sidled up to sweaty clubs and suddenly became the most vibrant neighbourhood in town, home to live music, burlesque shows and great tapas bars and restaurants.
Located below The 25th of April Bridge along the river in Alcântara, Baixa and Belém is one of the city's most popular places to relax.
One of Lisbon’s most notable ex-libris! This steel suspension bridge across the Tagus River is often compared with the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.such as the Oriente Foundation, the Jerónimos Monastery, the Champalimaud Foundation, the Belém Tower, the Monument to the Discoveries, the Electricity Museum and the MAAT.

Perfect 2-hr Intro to Lisbon
This was a wonderful opportunity to get to see several neighborhoods in Lisbon. Baltazar was a well-spoken and knowledgeable guide. We stopped at viewpoints and areas of interest and never felt rushed. He also gave good restaurant suggestions and directions on how to get to some of our other destinations on public transit. Thank you, Baltazar!
