We had a great...

We had a great experience. I think it is beneficial for everyone, especially those traveling on to Cusco for Machu Picchu, to learn about how the Spanish impacted the Incans and indigenous people here originally. I liked the locations this tour included. Also, I’m glad we did this in the morning being the Plaza was actually open. When we went back to the Plaza after dark that night, it was closed by the police.

Good walk, but can improve

I made the 9-day tour covering Lima, Paracas, lines of Nazca, Arequipa, Puno and cuzco, with all transfers. What bothered me a little was the extremely early schedules for the tours, leaving the trip exhausting. I believe there are places that are not very worth it like Talique Island... it would be better to refrain from some tours like this and optimize the main ones. I also missed the guides to leave some free time for shopping, many places we even had time to enter a store, buy some crafts etc..

Tour covered a lot. Felt...

Tour covered a lot. Felt like I learned a lot about Peru and Lima. The guide William was excellent. I learned a lot about history and he pointed out a lot of details. It was very interesting making the Larco museum tour incredibly informative for only 1 hour. Ended up at the catacombs as a substitution for a cathedral that was closed which was also incredible. Overall a great tour that covered a lot. You get a chance to go the main plaza as well. The only thing that would improve this would be more time at the Larco museum. It really was an impressive collection. The name of the tour is very fitting, I really did learn about Lima’s heritage!
