- Age and Safety: Guests under 18 must be with at least one adult. Pregnant women can join the tour only if they are 24 weeks pregnant or less by the end of the trip.
- Tickets and Charges: We do not accept City Passes or personal tickets for attractions. Admission and meal prices may change without notice. Tickets cannot be refunded if prices drop and no price matches on attractions are allowed.
- Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Closed Attractions: If attractions are closed or altered due to holidays or other reasons, we will adjust the itinerary and/or replace it with an equivalent attraction to maintain the tour’s quality.
- Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
- Booking Details: Provide accurate information, including your name, contact details (preferably a mobile number), and flight information. Errors can affect your travel and any losses due to incorrect information will be your responsibility.
- Health Requirements: Good health is required to enjoy the tour. Contact us for policies on passengers with disabilities. We do not guarantee accessible buses or seating without prior notification.

It was worth the price. Pacing was good. Ride was smooth and comfy. The towns and lakes are a must go to. Our guide, Steve, was wonderful. He shared wonderful facts and jokes about the places along the way. Thanks for going the extra mile to ensure comfort. 👍👍

Locations are beautiful. The walks along the trails are doable. The transportation comfortable, informative and on time. Our driver Martin was great.

On Time, Educational, and Great Fun
Great way to see all three lakes (Louise, Morraine and Emerald) all at once. Steve was a wonderful host - kept the gang on time which was a feat in itself considering how large the group was. His stories on the different sites were entertaining and educational. He kept the group engaged but also gave us quiet time. Well worth the time and good value for your $.

Great 1/2 day lake trip
Great 1/2 day trip to Lake Moraine and Lake Louise. Perfect amaunt of time at each lake. Sam, our driver, was awesome and made it a very enjoyable trip.

Notes: Moraine Lake is open from June to mid-October; if it is not open by then, it will be cancelled and the tour time of Lake Louise will be increased accordingly.
When Moraine Lake is closed, we will be visiting the Vermillion Lake for 15mins.
