Too Crowded
Too crowded in the Mini van!! Boat was over loaded & stopped at an island on the way Koh Lipe Which it a total waste of time!!!!
Ignore their timings
Booked on Viator, saw pick up is 9am so I then booked a flight that landed at 8:40am to line up. I then got an email stating that the meeting time is 8:30. I said I couldn't do that, i literally booked my flight based on the 9am timing they state. They then wouldn't cancel they said its my fault. I contacted Viator who saw it from my side and agreed that Trip Store Krabi had not correctly stated the time of the trip and fully refunded me
Good transport service but very slow and quite confusing
While the transport was effectively well done, I have to complain about two things: 1) it took several hours to reach Koh Lipe (a lot of wasted time) and 2) for those who do not read and speak Thai language, it is not se evident where to go, where to cue up, which boat to board etc. But finally we arrived at Koh Lipe
