Javion deserves a bonus!

It was our first time kayaking but our guide made us feel so comfortable. Javion was down to earth, easy going and very informative. He made our trip so enjoyable, and was a pleasant young man to talk too.

Blake’s Biyou trip

Blake was great and enjoyed the trip but the meeting place was not made very clear. Maybe if it had said meet up on the side of the theater and a sign there or something to know you were in the correct place, would have been better

Excellent Kayak Tour of Buffalo Bayou and downtown Houston

Great kayak trip - went early in the morning to beat the heat. Guide David was helpful with launch and exit, gave great information on history of the bayou, knew so much about the plants and animals. Early in the morning (7a-9a) was absolutely perfect. Since I was the only guest, got a little extra time. Went from Jensen street down to the Aquarium. Highly recommend this tour and will definitely go again - will invite friends. As we were leaving another family was there to just rent kayaks on their own. The boats are in excellent shape and they made it easy by bringing everything down to the launch.

Enjoyed our tour after a late start

We enjoyed our tour. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, the kayaks were in good shape and the tour operator was responsive when we had to call them. However, the guide was over 30 minutes late (but we did get our full tour time, which was good). Also, the launch point was not ideal as the water level was 3-4 feet below the pier and a bit slick, and it was also down multiple flights of steps (making kayak transport difficult)
