- Call supplier to arrange a specific pick time for your departure transfer at least 3 days prior to transfer date.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, on request if advised at time of booking. However the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulation
- Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and 1 personal item at no additional cost
- Children under 5 years old can travel for free as long as they will be traveling on an adult lap.
- There's an extra charge for transporting a car seat as it's considered a special item.

VIP Family Pick Up
Glad we used the VIP service as it made the transportation from Waikiki to the airport so convenient. There was a small miscommunication in the time of pickup but they fit us right in and made it to the airport at my original time frame. They are very helpful and professional.

The service was good but communication was non excident I emailed your times to ask about times to be picked up with no reply. When you confirm a trip maybe let people know what the pick up time will be

If you have a change on your time to be picked up double check because poor communication mine was never changed and I was very late to the airport.

Superior Service
The transfer from the Honolulu cruise pier to the airport was truly an extra effort. When I called for pick up after disembarkation, the VIP pickup was there within 15 minutes. Even though other travelers may have also signed up for the transfer, I was immediately and alone taken to the airport. Superior service by both the dispatcher and driver. Thank you!
