- Call supplier to arrange a specific pick time for your departure transfer at least 3 days prior to transfer date.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, on request if advised at time of booking. However the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulation
- Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and 1 personal item at no additional cost
- Children under 5 years old can travel for free as long as they will be traveling on an adult lap.
- There's an extra charge for transporting a car seat as it's considered a special item.

Disappointed
Ordered and prepaid the shuttle for 7 am, understand they have others to pick up but waited from 0645 hrs until 0800 hrs with no shuttle in sight - then had to order a taxi as bag drop off was 0825 hrs - an update would have helped if running late

Double and triple check details- I got a call back asking again to confirm after I already got a confirmation text .?? Very confusing. I requested a refund, still no word on that. Disappointing.

Very friendly stuff, dependable service and quite reasonable. Staff at the airport was very understanding and helpful.
Stellar Service
Once again, I have nothing but great things to say. My driver stopped at one airline, Hawaiian, and waited for me to go in and double check my departure since Alaska and Hawaiian air merged. Then took me to Alaska. I feel bad I did not catch his name, it was a 4:30 am pickup on July 2nd, 2026 and I was tired. Great service and as a solo traveler, I was at ease. Thank you!
Waikiki to HNL shared van worked out smoothly
Waikiki to HNL: Easy to book and pay later just make sure you enter the correct hotel, airline, flight info and the time you want to be picked up. If you are unsure where exactly to wait for the vehicle, call the phone number on the confirmation and be assured. Hotel desk and valet did not have the correct answer in my case. Ride was amazingly exactly on time and even with 4 additional stops got to HNL 2.5 hours before departure.
