- Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, on request if advised at time of booking. However the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulation
- Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and 1 personal item at no additional cost
- This transfer does not service Aulani Disney Resort and Ko'olina area.

Our driver was nice enough to show us the scenic route into Waikiki which was really nice for us since it’s our first time!
Prompt, helpful and courteous
Called me before I got my luggage. Met me at baggage claim and walked us to the van. Very efficient!
Dissatisfied!
A car did not show! We had to book a LYFT car to get to our hotel. Viator had our flight number so we were under the assumption they would know we were delayed in San Diego and arrived at 11:25 pm on 08/13/2026. So, because of that I was totally DISAPPOINTED!
