- Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, on request if advised at time of booking. However the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulation
- Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and 1 personal item at no additional cost
- This transfer does not service Aulani Disney Resort and Ko'olina area.

We were greeted by Edward who was waiting for us just outside the Airport. He was very friendly and chatty on our way to the Hotel.
Long wait ✋️
Our flight was 30 minuts delayed. We called the company when we landed and picked up our luggage was instructed were to meet our shuttle. The shuttle pulled out right at the same time we got to meeting point. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get a shuttle to pick us up. Not even a sorry for the delay. I had to call them 3 times. The shuttle driver that finally arrived was very nice.
What a moving experience....
What a moving experience. It was so great to have a shuttle to Pearl Harbour and our guide was so sweet and informative. It was so much less stressful than trying to do it all ourselves.
Horrible experience ... never again!
Horrible experience. If I could give this service a negative number, I would. Very poor directions how to access services at the airport. The customer service person we called was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. First she said we were recorded as a 'no show' because the plane landed over an hour ago. Yes, it did; and we taxied for 30 minutes, had to deplane, walk to baggage (a long walk by the way), and wait another 30 for our luggage. She kept asking why we were late in a voice that was so clearly accusatory. I twice asked what do we need to do now because we paid for the service. She replied "exit baggage and you'll see the 'white umbrelllas'. There are no white umbrellas outside baggage. I told her this and in an irritated voice she said "turn right after leaving the baggage area and you'll see them." Not true. You have to walk all the way to the end of the terminal, which she alleged she told me. She said "you need to clean your ears" and "maybe get a new phone." Then, it was further arguing about what we need to do to get picked up. She said she would 'try' to get a driver to come back. Fortunately, another driver showed up in a couple minutes what we believe was a scheduled pick-up. Honestly, save yourself the aggravation, take LYFT for nearly the same cost.
Exceptional Seevice!
The customer service was exceptional! You can’t go wrong booking with VIP. Everyone is SO nice, we’ll definitely use them every time we come to Honolulu.
