- Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, on request if advised at time of booking. However the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulation
- Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and 1 personal item at no additional cost
- This transfer does not service Aulani Disney Resort and Ko'olina area.

Our driver was very nice...
Our driver was very nice and gave us a few tips that we didn't know in advance! We had a bit of trouble meeting up but that was not the drivers fault but the fault of the airport. Our driver arrived as soon as we were able to connect Definitely recommend this shuttle!
Book only if you want to wait for a scheduled transfer
Why do we book a transport with our flight info if that doesn’t matter? We had to wait about 45 minutes at the airport for our hotel transfer. It was very hot the entire ride. And we had to help load our own luggage because there wasn’t enough room
Never again, just do yourself a favor and uber
Old bus, late, old man driving made me feel bad. I did not want to have him pick up my luggage. The bus was dated, old, and the music was horrible. I called twice and waited 30 minutes! Just uber

VIP called me when we arrived, even when we were delayed. told us where to meet after collecting our luggage and were picked up with in 15 minutes. quick and easy!

Would recommend that a map to meeting point at airport be emailed in advance rather than requiring a phone call to unskilled operator who gave poor instructions
