- Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, on request if advised at time of booking. However the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulation
- Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and 1 personal item at no additional cost
- This transfer does not service Aulani Disney Resort and Ko'olina area.

Stay away from them
Do not book. I arrived as scheduled and was given bad directions from the terminal to the pickup location. When I figured out how to get to the location the van was not there so I called the dispatcher. The person was rude and yelled at me when I expressed frustration about having to wait 30 minutes for a pickup. He stated that there was no scheduled times for the airport and they would get to you when they can. I had to catch an Uber and request a refund
Bad experience …. Late! Lack of Communication
Had to call VIP 3 times was 45 to one hour late,lack of communication of where exactly to be collected. Also had issues with Viator app in letting me send messages to VIP. Overall a bad experience
Friendly staff
The people were very friendly and helpful. Had to wait for over 30 min for luggage to arrive from airline but they were courteous the entire time. Driver was very fun to talk with on the way to hotel and gave a lot of good advice on things to do and places to go.
Excellent service
They went out of their way to get me, my daughter and her boyfriend to get to get us to our Waikiki hotel.
