Great, stress free transportation
They were right at baggage claim waiting for us. He called me to make sure I knew where to go to meet them. It didn’t take long for the shuttle to show up. Driver was very friendly and got us to our hotel quickly. It was nice not to have to hassle with trying to figure out where to go and how to get a Lyft or uber.

Hassle free transportation with friendly staff. You want to save money then use this share shuttle,. Just be patient, as you drop off others at their hotels.
Poor service
Waited close to 2 hours for pickup, called several times to vip and was given inaccurate and incorrect information as it relates to pickup time
Look Elsewhere
Very unreliable. Late to pick up at the airport with no explanation or apology. Very old, poorly maintained shuttle. Booked a round trip from airport to hotel and back. Had to cancel the shuttle on the way back to the airport. Viator would not issue a refund. Rude employees answering the phone. This is a SHARED shuttle. They have NO sense of urgency. Stay away!
Great experience with VIP Trans!
We have just returned from our Hawaii vacation and used VIP Trans for airport pick-up/drop-off both ways. They were punctual both times, the drivers were friendly, and the price was exceptional. We will definitely be using their services the next time we are in Hawaii!
