On time
Great pickup. Friendly and timely. FYI pay attetion to the directions from the airport. Terminal 2 out the doors cross over to the median (if you are in the garage you missed it) Take a left and follow until you see a green curb (not red).
Reservation missing
We got to baggage claim, waited and finally went to see VIP driver outside and nowhere to find our reservation, got our reservation confirmation, tickets, receipt and app tickets and still no record. Reservation was made on line VIATOR, states it's same as VIP. It was horrible experience after a long 7 hrs flight. Song the driver managed to take care of us though.
A Tale of Two Rides
PART 1 - Arrival - Upon arrival, we were to be met near baggage claim by a representative with a sign. We got nothing. I had to call VIP to find out where our shuttle was. Overall, it took nearly 45 minutes AFTER we exited baggage claim to finally get on our shuttle. The driver drove erratically and, in my opinion, unsafely. Not a very good start. Part 2 - Departure - In contract to our arrival, our departure shuttle arrived at the hotel on time, identified us, and got us to the airport quickly and safely. He was friendly and helpful. So, overall, I have to give VIP an "average" rating. Had the first driver been on time and as competent as the second driver, the rating would be higher.

Ask exact questions about the pick up Location and time for their arrival. Was a little confusing as to if we were in the correct location. Everything else was excellent!
