Hawaii Anniversary Vacation
Booking was easy. The company showed up on time and the driver was very helpful. I used VIP transport for all 3 of my needs to and from the airport and cruise port. Simple, easy to use and attentive. Highly recommend.
HORRIBLE
wait was supposed to be less than 20 min. We waited 1 hour for our shuttle to show up. Ruined our perfect flight on arrival.
On time transport.
I called the day before the the transport was scheduled to confirm the time and location. Our driver was waiting for us when we got off the cruise ship and he dropped us at our airline gate.

frustrated
Viatour did not make it clear that another company would be picking us up. We were not told the name of the company just a picture. The driver was great but we missed the first shuttle after asking the first shuttle if this was via tour and he said no because he had no idea. We almost missed our flight. You need to give more info that the company picking us up was VIP
