Embark on an exceptional day trip from Beaune to visit the Burgundy wine region and taste carefully selected wines, Premiers Crus and Grands Crus. Lunch is also included on this private full day Burgundy wine tour.

Program & Itinerary :

9:30 AM : Pick up at train station, Hotel, Accommodation or AirBnB in Beaune

- Drive through the Champs Elysées of Burgundy vineyards
- Stop at Romanée Conti and Clos Vougeot Plots
- Private tasting in vaulted cellar
- Optional lunch to be chosen during booking process
- Afternoon visit and drive through the vineyards
- Private visit in a renowned estate including unique tastings

5:30 PM : Return to Beaune

This morning, we will come and pick you up at the train station, your hotel, AirBnB or accommodation in Beaune or the surrounding area.

Meet your Expert Guide

Meet your English speaking guide who is an expert on Burgundy Wines and who will go over the program and itinerary of your private wine tour with you. Then, board your Premium, air-conditioned vehicle and begin your private tour to discover the vineyards of the Côte de Beaune wine producing region.

Arrive in the Côte de Nuits Wine Region, 1st Wine Tasting session

Take in the sights of the quaint villages of Fixin, Gevrey Chambertin, and Chambolle-Musigny as we drive along stunning landscapes of rolling hills and beautiful vineyards that produce some of the most famed wines in the world.

The Burgundy “Champs-Elysées” along the Grands Crus Wine Road include Vosne-Romanée, Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny. Upon arrival, stroll through the vineyards of some of the mythical plots of the vineyard such as Romanée-Conti, Richebourg, La Tâche, Echezeaux, Chambertin, Clos de Vougeot, Corton Charlemagne or Montrachet. After the stroll, participate in a private visit to a famous estate where you will have a commented tasting of Burgundy wines that include different vintages.

Lunch in a Grands Crus Estate (included in price)

Depending on the day of your tour, we will take you to a famous estate in the Côte de Nuits or Côte de Beaune area for a food & wine pairing lunch. In each estate, you will have the opportunity to taste a selection of Pinot Noir wines as well as great white wines that are classified as 1ers Crus and Grands Crus wines. The food & wine pairing lunch consists in a regional 3-course meal that also includes local cheeses.

2nd Wine Tasting session

In the afternoon, after a short drive through prestigious appellations indicated by your guide, it will be time to enjoy your second wine tasting session of the day. This experience will take place in a private cellar. In an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, taste a large selection of wines that have been carefully selected by a circle of local experts. This tasting experience will be commented and is a perfect introduction to oenology in Burgundy.

After your tasting experience, it will be time to head back towards Beaune where we will drop you off. That will then be the end of our services.

Pascal was, above all, a smiling whirlwind of energy from the very start — bursting with knowledge, passion, and just the right amount of dramatic flair. He painted the horror of the Omaha Beach invasion so vividly that we could practically hear the chaos, then marched us through the bunkers at Pointe du Hoc like we were on a mission ourselves. Our Normandy D-Day tour was well worth it and we so enjoyed our tour guide Matt. He made the tour engaging, entertaining and informative. The tour was just the right size and a half day was perfect for us. It would have been much harder to get around to the sites and understand each without the information that Matt was constantly sharing. There was hardly a time that Matt was not telling us what/how/when of what we were looking at. Thanks Matt!
