Charles was an excellent guide! He told many detailed and entertaining stories and jokes about everything we were seeing, from the Hoover Dam to the Vegas mafia. There was a nice mix of talking and playing relaxing music. We also had bottled water and snacks provided. An unexpected and welcome surprise. The grab and go lunch was tasty. The cool, wet towel after the Grand Canyon was SO refreshing. Charles also provided excellent information about what to expect when we got to the West Rim, how everything worked, what to do and not do. It was VERY HELPFUL and appreciated.
