Itinerary
The Golden Circle route is the most popular tour destination from Reykjavik. It includes three Iceland's iconic destinations: Geysir geothermal area, Gullfoss waterfall and Thingvellir national park.
Gullfoss is a waterfall of the White River Hvítá. It has two steps of 11 and 21 meters and there are pulling more 100 m3 water through it at a second.
Strokkur is the little brother or the famous Geysir which not active anymore. Strokkur though is still very active blowing water up into the air every 7 to 10 minutes. At this stop can you also purchase food.
The Thingvellir are both historically and geologically a important location. Here was the first icelandic parliament founded in the late 900s and this is also the a visible division between the eurasian and the north american continental plates.
Kerið is an iconic volcanic crater of 55 meters depth. Kerið is only included in the 10:30 am departures, not later departures.

Wonderful tour of Pingvellir, geyser, gulfoss and kerid crater - all amazing sights to see and walk around. Make sure you walk up the hill behind the geyser for wonderful views
Fantastic tour, stunning scenery
Fantastic tour with Gummi and tour guide Darren, who was very knowledgeable. Great scenery and fantastic stops with plenty of time at each. Well worth going.
Amazing tour with Darren and Gummi
I had an amazing experience as a solo traveller. Our guide Darren was fantastic — very knowledgeable, friendly, and well-organised. The bus driver Gummi was also excellent and made the journey feel very safe and comfortable. They both made the tour even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Unforgettable day in Iceland !
We had a wonderful experience today on the Golden Circle tour in Iceland. Our tour guide, Darren, was so very interesting and did everything to make our day one of the best tours we have been on. We enjoyed every moment of his commentary, his knowledge and stories which entertained us throughout the day.It was a long, exciting day and every stop we made was better than the last.
