Itinerary
Your adventure begins as you're whisked away from the bustling harbor of Akureyri, nestled in the scenic fjords of northern Iceland. Relax in comfort as we traverse through Iceland's stunning landscapes, where rugged mountains meet sweeping valleys, and the sky seems to stretch endlessly.
Nestled in northern Iceland, Goðafoss Waterfall, dubbed the "Waterfall of the Gods," is a breathtaking display of nature's power and beauty. As the Skjálfandafljót River cascades over rugged cliffs, it creates a mesmerizing spectacle of churning white water and mist, filling the air with energy. Beyond its natural allure, Goðafoss holds historical significance, linked to Iceland's conversion to Christianity in 1000 AD when chieftain Þorgeir Ljósvetningagoði cast his idols into its waters. Today, visitors are drawn to its mystical aura, whether admiring from viewing platforms or hiking nearby trails. A visit to Goðafoss promises an unforgettable immersion in Iceland's rich natural and cultural heritage. We also visit the nearby hidden gem of Geitafoss waterfall, just a few hundred meters downstream from Godafoss.
Our journey concludes with a scenic drive back to Akureyri. As we leave behind the tranquil countryside and historic landmarks, take in the sweeping vistas of Iceland's rugged landscapes. Sit back and relax as we wind our way through the picturesque countryside, passing by rolling hills, majestic mountains, and sprawling valleys. Along the way, soak in the beauty of the Icelandic scenery, dotted with quaint villages and meandering rivers. As we approach Akureyri, the vibrant cityscape comes into view. We make a picture stop at viewpoint with panoramic fjord and city views. Our final destination is the Akureyri Cruise Terminal, where our tour began.

Great Spots & Great Guides 🇮🇸
Great team and an amazing day! Vjeran and Michal were incredibly nice, friendly, and professional. They explained a lot of things, gave great advice, took the time to answer every question, and even took pictures for us. The driving was perfect and super smooth — I even fell asleep for a little while during the trip 😄 The WiFi on the bus was a real game changer too. Thanks again guys, it was a fantastic experience and a truly great day!
Beautiful water fall. ...
Beautiful water fall. Enjoyed seeing how homes were built using natural materials. Landscape is always beautiful driving through Iceland.
Iceland 2025
Very nice scenic drive. Great guide. Fascinating history and beautiful waterfalls. Great photo opportunities
Worth it.
The waterfall, beautiful. Before reaching it, if you visit the nearby cliffs, it is preferable to be careful not to slip unintentionally. If there is good weather, it is possible to go down to the foot of the waterfall itself; it is absolutely worth it, but it is also necessary to take into account possible slips.
Awesome tour to Godafoss Falls and the Turf Farmhouse
It's wonderful! Be sure to have good shoes and windproof clothing! There's so much to see between the two points that it's well worth it.
