Traveler reviews
Rude and threatening driving, change of plans and requesting extra money. Ruined day. Avoid it!
Bad experience – avoid Book Tour Egypt We booked a trip to Cairo with a visit to the Pyramids and the New Great Egyptian Museum. As soon as we arrived, the guide immediately asked us for the money. Luckily we hadn't paid for everything in advance, and this was our salvation. On the way, the guide changed plans and wanted to take us to the old museum, despite it being clearly agreed for the new one. When we objected, we started receiving threatening WhatsApp messages from the agency. The guide (Mohamed, known as “Cobra”) to the Pyramids repeated the same information over and over again and answered questions vaguely or wrongly — there was also an Egyptologist in the group, so the mistakes were obvious. Then the driver took us to the owner of the agency, who started screaming and asking for 100 euros more for the tickets to the new museum. Scared, we paid. At the museum, without our request, other Italian tourists joined, and we decided to continue the visit alone. Ruined day for everyone, there were eight of us with four kids. However, we would like to say that the Egyptian people are extraordinary: kind, welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, this agency does not represent them at all. Not recommended. Don't trust Book Tour Egypt.
Everything perfect
We booked 4 excursions with them, the one to Cairo organized spectacularly, the guide very knowledgeable, great Transport Service, including the flight from Sharm
Excursion adapted to travelers by ship.
Great driver, knowledgeable guide. Were late at the port, nevertheless everything worked out. For this, the trip was extended to the rear.
Beautiful
It was a beautiful trip, our 7 wonders of the minarets, an excellent opportunity to listen to The great history of Egypt from our guide Ahmed, we recommended optional camel rides and took beautiful photos for the memory, I recommend everyone to try and especially book with Pok Tour, its operator and cooperative
