Mario is a great guide
This was a great tour to take from Barcelona to get to see Girona, Pals and Costa Brava. The weather wasn’t great but we pushed through and It was helpful that Mario was our tour guide. He was friendly, funny and informative. My only feedback is that it should be more clear that the hotel pickup is by foot and not by car.

Mario was absolutely fantastic! We booked the tour through Chase, and unfortunately the pickup process was a bit of a mess — we were sent to three different locations before finally getting sorted out. But once we met Mario, he completely turned the experience around. It rained for most of the day, and instead of letting that ruin the tour, Mario made sure we still had an amazing time. He was knowledgeable, personable, funny, and genuinely seemed to care that everyone was enjoying themselves. We visited three different places, learned a ton, and ended up having such a fun day despite the weather. Mario gets 5 stars from us! The pickup logistics definitely need some improvement, especially for bookings made through Chase, but the actual tour and Mario in particular, was excellent. We’d absolutely recommend him!
