Remembering Our History
Our driver was very friendly and cheerful to and from the Gettysburg Battlefield. The park guide who joined us at the Gettysburg Museum narrated as we drove around the battlefield he was very knowledgeable about the Civil War and the battles that took place at Gettysburg. The drive is long from DC, the Museum at Gettysburg was very informative with lots of artifacts, We only stopped a few times to visit memorials and were given 1 hour for lunch at Gettysburg. I understand time is a issue to see everything, if I were to do it again I'd rent a car and drive to Gettysburg and stay for a day or two so we could see more of of the town of Gettysburg and its shops and to also drive around the Battlefield to experience the memorials that the Union Soldiers placed after the war. Overall we were glad we took the tour we've always wanted to visit this hallowed ground.

The pick-up location they...
The pick-up location they chose is one of many Shakespeare theaters. But the staff doesn’t seem to understand that and we waited an hour for nothing. We would have been much better off just taking an uber to Gettysburg and back as the tour was just a van ride with nothing else.

Galen was a great host, he was friendly and warm. Galen made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of the entire trip to Gettysburg. Pick up was easy and communication was great before the trip and the morning of. The Gettysburg museum was incredible and the downtown Gettysburg area was great to explore. We had a fantastic tour with Garry the tour guide from Gettysburg museum, he was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. The entire day was great and I would definitely recommend this tour. A huge thanks to Galen and Garry!
