Your guide will arrive at your chosen pick-up destination 15 minutes before your tour’s start time to greet you and ensure everyone has what they need for safety and comfort during your service. For hotel and hostel passengers, your guide will meet you in the lobby of your accommodation, holding a sign with your surname on it. For cruise ship passengers, your guide will be in the waiting area located after the customs inspection in the port, holding a sign with your surname on it to help you find them.
