CANCELLATIONS: 30 days or more before the start of the service No penalty Between the 15th and 29th day before the start of the service 30% of the total cost of the service and at least €150. Between the 2nd and 14th day before the start of the service 50% of the total cost of the service and at least €150. Less than 48 hours before the start of the service, 100% of the total cost of the service will be retained Upon receipt of the customer's cancellation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, RHÔNE SHUTTLE will send them a cancellation invoice within 10 days and will reimburse them for any excess payment. In the event of non-presentation of an individual customer or part of the customers of a group at the agreed time and place for pick-up, no refund will be made..

Pascal was, above all, a smiling whirlwind of energy from the very start — bursting with knowledge, passion, and just the right amount of dramatic flair. He painted the horror of the Omaha Beach invasion so vividly that we could practically hear the chaos, then marched us through the bunkers at Pointe du Hoc like we were on a mission ourselves. Our Normandy D-Day tour was well worth it and we so enjoyed our tour guide Matt. He made the tour engaging, entertaining and informative. The tour was just the right size and a half day was perfect for us. It would have been much harder to get around to the sites and understand each without the information that Matt was constantly sharing. There was hardly a time that Matt was not telling us what/how/when of what we were looking at. Thanks Matt!
