Between the 2nd and 14th day before the start of the service 50% of the total cost of the service and at least €150. Less than 48 hours before the start of the service, 100% of the total cost of the service will be retained Upon receipt of the customer's cancellation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, RHÔNE SHUTTLE will send them a cancellation invoice within 10 days and will reimburse them for any excess payment. In the event of non-presentation of an individual customer or part of the customers of a group at the agreed time and place for pick-up, no refund will be made..
