Theo was a great guide. Not only was he affable and gregarious, his detailed knowledge of Normandie, Brittany plus history in general made the day long trip fun and a learning experience.

We had a great day with Manon taking us through this beautiful location. We were fortunate it was a small group so we were able to ask so many questions all day and she was quite knowledgeable. It was a hot day so we were able to spread out in the comfortable van. The boat ride was beautiful and relaxing, such beautiful scenery all around us. We found a nice spot for lunch that had the menu items we were looking for. The wine tasting at the end of the tour was a great ending. We will have fond memories.

Additional information

This tour is best for travelers who want a “best of Alsace” day combining fairytale villages, a medieval castle, and wine‑route scenery without managing logistics themselves. It’s ideal for couples, friends, and solo travelers who enjoy gentle walking, photography, and a mix of culture, history, and landscapes rather than a pure wine‑tasting or hardcore hiking day.

The small‑group format especially suits first‑time visitors to Alsace and anyone who values comfort, expert commentary from a driver‑guide, and time to explore villages at their own pace while still hitting major highlights like Eguisheim, Riquewihr, Kaysersberg, and Haut‑Koenigsbourg Castle in one well‑structured day.
