East Nusa Penida Private Day Tour

Tour drivers were on time. Hotel/ drop off and pick up had no issues. However, the site says that all entry fees included. However, when we arrived to Nusa Penida island, tree house was part of the tour and we were asked to pay an entry fee.

The worse company ever. I have contacted them in January 2023 to book a tour in Nusa for 4 people for August 2023. Which they asked me 500.000 per person. Two days ago I contacted them to know how much would be three people because one of my friends couldn’t go. Now they were asking 947,002.00 per person if we are three. Then I tried to maintained the original price and they refused saying that now the price per person would be 900,000,00 even if we are four. When I asked about my previous booking they did not care. They only want money. They do not keep what you book with them. That’s really bad. Unbelievable.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. Getting to the island itself was ok, the driver met us at the hotel and we got to a boat. Boat ride was fine. When we arrived at Nusa Penida the trouble started. Our driver was grumpy, did not speak a word of English, and was a extremely unsafe driver. The seatbelts in the car did not work and we almost crashed multiple times. He tried to take us to the West side when we had booked the East side and trying to explain this to him was very difficult. We were supposed to go to two beaches, the treehouse, have lunch, and Teletubbies hill. We went to the treehouse first. It was basically Bali Disneyland. Awful cues and very weird experience taking your photo there. We sat in the boiling hot sun for about an hour waiting to take a photo. We then went to diamond beach which was also just tourists everywhere at the top taking photos, not an enjoyable experience. There’s no way you could walk down to the beach and up in time. After this we had had enough. My partner was vomiting due to car sickness from the crazy driving. We asked to go back to the boats early because the experience was so bad. We left the island 2 hours early and forgoed lunch and the hill because it wasn’t worth it. The happiest part of our day was getting home. In summary, this trip is rushed, the service is awful, and the attractions are just tourist traps. Furthermore, the trip does NOT include entry to anything. You will have to pay extra to go to the treehouse and the beach so if you want to go, you will need to take cash. I can’t believe I spent so much money on this awful experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If you desperately want to go I’m sure you could do your own trip for less than a quarter of this price. We paid for the “tour” because we thought it would be easier and more pleasant than going alone - we were wrong

We waited 2hrs because they messed up the driver. Then we were on a 2hr trip and we told the driver we needed to used the bathroom and he did not stop. Once we got to the attractions we had to pay even though the title said all inclusive. The food was horrible and they only let you chose 1 dish out of 4 dishes and 1 water for all 12hrs. We did not bring much cash because the title said all inclusive so we could not enter the main attraction. The driver was not a tour guide at all and made the overall experience even worse. The only good part was after the tour when we were in the pool which is public in the harbor and only cost 20k rp or close to 1 dollar. Then once we arrived they did loops for 30min and were on there phones when there was more than enough docking space. Overall horrible experience, you can do all of this for 2 people for less than 50 with much better food. Would not recommend to anyone and was a waste of 12hrs and 160$.
