Blaze and Roman were absolute gems!!! We had such an awesome time and were so grateful for their patience, support, and fun attitudes. We adore them!!
Not pleasant at all
Unfortunately, our kayaking experience was not a pleasant one. At the beginning of the activity, we had to take the paddles ourselves from a large wooden container. When I took my paddle, the heavy wooden lid suddenly fell and hit my little finger. The staff came over and told me that it would “sort itself out” once I got into the water. However, my finger became swollen and painful, and I had to use the injured finger throughout the entire two-hour kayaking trip to paddle. After the incident, the staff did start helping other participants with the paddles, but I felt that my injury was not taken seriously. What was particularly disappointing was that after the activity, nobody checked on me or even asked whether my finger was okay, despite seeing that it was swollen. There were also other issues that made the experience frustrating. The coach, Ben, was not particularly friendly or helpful. When he moved my kayak from the shore into the water, he could see that my sunglasses were inside it, but he dropped the kayak quite hard, causing my sunglasses to fall into the sea. Fortunately, another coach was kind enough to find them for me. Additionally, the program did not mention that we would have to walk over a very rough, stony surface from the place where we left our shoes to reach the kayaks. This was uncomfortable and would have been useful to know in advance. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience. I understand that accidents can happen, but I expected the staff to show more care and concern after I was injured, as well as greater attention to our belongings and overall comfort. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up and the attitude of some of the staff left me with a negative impression.

Great activity, did the 2hr long one and wish I had done the 3 hour. Ben and Luca were great. Knew what they were doing, great guides, very friendly
