I came away with some knowledge of whiskey history in Ireland - America’s involvement in its downfall - and most importantly what to ask for to get the kind I like! Already had good talks with bartenders about my ever expanding options. And as a bonus Michael was able to provide pointers for some excellent dining options for further destinations later in our trip. A special experience for certain.
