Great way to see Howth!
Fantastic time with Nicky as our tour guide! Great way to see howth without having to drive in gridlock or walk all day. Very well run tour. Beautiful views.
Beautiful views with the e-bike
We did this tour for my father's 60th birthday and were more than thrilled! We started in Dublin, from where we easily took the train to Howth with the Leap Visitor Card. From there, it was only a short walk to the meeting point. There were clean restrooms on site. At the beginning of the tour, Nicky explained everything to us perfectly and made sure that we, as non-English speaking participants, understood everything. That worked out great, and intermediate English skills are completely sufficient. During the tour, there were many small stops at different viewpoints. We were told facts again and again, through which we also learned a lot about the small "island." The tour was huge fun and exceeded our expectations more than just a little! Mega views, mega guides, and a mega route off the beaten path! You should be a bit athletic, but it doesn't get strenuous. The e-bike offers great support, but you can easily determine and control the speed yourself, which makes you always feel safe. Thank you very much, Nicky. We had a mega day! 🩷
Fantastic eBike tour Howth
We loved our e-bike tour through Howth! Aileen was a fantastic guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and full of interesting stories about the local history and area. She made sure we got to some absolutely breathtaking viewpoints and even took pictures of us along the way. There were just six people in our group, which was a perfect size and made it easy to stay together. The e-bikes and equipment all worked great, and the ride was a lot of fun. We covered about 12 miles over 3.5 hours, with plenty of stops to enjoy the scenery. Such a fun and memorable way to explore Howth. We highly recommend this tour—and Aileen!
A fun day out - even as a local!
We are 2 x Howth locals who have seen the bikes around for the last couple of years and decided to give the tour a go. Although local, we learnt a lot and had a superb time and of course Karen's energy and enthusiasm was the highlight. Nice bunch from Germany and Canada on the day and we ended up having the cliché tourist lunch of fish & chips at Kish Fish with a lovely Canadian couple. Super day, thanks Karen, Luke, Aileen and crew
