The Gondola ride was lovely. However, the directions to the meeting place were terrible. The tour company was rude and indifferent. The virtual (3D) film was a waste. The guide was interesting when he talked about the gondola and the actual gondola trip was well worth it. They did not inform us ahead of time to bring air pods or ear buds to listen to their guided tour. The organization was very messy.
