We were very disappointed. We paid about 90 euros for a 30-minute gondola ride, and it ended up lasting 10-15 minutes. We had to meet at their office and walk over to the gondola, which took about 15 minutes. We also started late. Once we arrived at the gondola, our guide did not speak a word, and took us in one small circle. The whole ride took a little less than 15 minutes. Everyone was shocked. For those 15 minutes, the ride was definitely enjoyable, but we are just disappointed about the fact that this experience was expensive, and it ended up lasting half the time it had said.
