Traveler reviews
First time visit
We had tickets for both parks across 4 days. And honestly we preferred Adventure world. This could be down to our daughters preferred characters and rides but honestly Disneyland felt a little tired - which in fairness to the park they are doing a lot of maintenance- whilst we were there the castle had the big boards around it, Snow White ride was closed and so was the Alice in wonder land section. So I assume they are slowly working on each section to make it less tired and run down. Yes it can be disappointing to see park maintenance but they are open all year round they have to do it at some point. We loved the parades they were great fun but so busy and even worse afterwards we found it best to just take a step back and let the crowds rush off before we moved. We ate at the quick restaurants and loved Cournal Hatti which served curry rice naan, Mickey pizza, pasta which was a welcome surprise from the usual Theme park chips and nuggets. The rides are focused on the classic Disney and there were a lot that our family could do together especially for our 8mo. Some of our must do rides include - it’s a small world, thunder mountain and buzz light year. You need the app to help monitor ride times we tried to avoid anything longer than 60mins and we used snacks and games to keep our 4yo entertained.
Horrible experience
Horrible, the magic was lost; I waited 2 hours in line for Minnie, which coincided with the virtual queue for Mickey. I was not allowed to pass for Minnie because I left the line. They should have a ticket system like Mickey or something fairer. It cannot be that people leave without a photo with the main characters. Almost all are hidden; they cannot be found or the same due to the endless lines. I asked if they would give me a time with the disability pass, and no, I just had to wait in line.
Disappointing, not at all hand-friendly.
Disappointed, I took a gold annual pass that costs an arm and a leg; I have the priority cage, they let me into the park, then they make me leave, but indicate your zones; it is better to pay 10,000 employees to spend their time on the phone and give us bad directions. I am on the verge of discomfort; I think to myself, and no one reacts; frankly disappointing.
Disney pleasure
4dgn disneyhotel Cheyenne. Friendly staff and friendly staff Clean room Decent beds Park is FANTASTIC the weather, unfortunately not bookable on occasion, but also with a good shower, well arranged and many things to do inside. We enjoyed it!
Amazing
Amazing, the staff from the cleaners to the princesses are just amazing , they are always. Smiling and they are superb at there jobs, rides are all good, the detail to everything in the park is incredible as well , plenty of staff and all happy / amazing
