Wonderful Experience
It is an unbelievable great experience for the young and old. There is so much to see and do. One of my personal favorites was the Disney Parade, it is as if the Disney characters come alive. I look forward to traveling to Disney Paris to see the rest of what I didn't have time to see.
Complaint!
They do not respect the disability pass to be quicker with the schedules, no accessibility for the blind, blocked bathrooms. Endless lines, the photographers are not in the park; it is pointless to pay for photo passes if they are not there.

I have been visiting the park since I was 3 years old; now I am 23. I own a Gold annual pass and have been regularly visiting the park for 20 years. Needless to say, in recent years I have found it to be significantly worse: prices have increased and services have decreased. I do not understand why a theme park of this level continues to ignore the opinions of visitors: if so many of us say that the magic of the past is no longer present, there must be a reason! Magic is made up of small details and interaction with people, which has completely been lost. Before, every corner, every smell, every sound had its own identity; now it is a commercial machine without a soul. The shops have all had the same identical items for years, the shows are always the same, and the quality has declined. It may also be the fact that this has become my profession, and I am increasingly aware of the flaws in the system. Before, characters from all over would meet who were not afraid to interact with guests, and great attention was paid to details like birthdays and people with disabilities, with surprises that made every guest feel special. What has changed? Why was this possible before and is no longer so? Pay attention, you have all the tools available to improve! Invest in new ideas, do not eliminate Disney's classics, make EVERY moment unique, differentiate the offerings; it really takes very little. Cutting back on this is like shooting oneself in the foot.
Disneyland Paris .... 1st visit ....
Once thru security, the Viator ticket ... we just zipped thru the main entry. The park was extremely crowded for a Wednesday; certainly more crowded than expected.
I bought a 2 day ticket...
I bought a 2 day ticket through Viator because I had credit on my account. The Viator Tickets disappear from apple wallet after 1 day - just be mindful if you are standing at the entrance looking for your second day ticket! Disneyland is a rip off overall. Full price access but then everything is charged separately a fast pass. Que times are a NIGHTMARE! Queuing 30-40mins only to be told the attraction has broke down and is Out of service.
