Highly Recommended Blasket Trip Experience

This was a wonderful trip and highly recommended. Dingle was still relatively quiet so I was able to book directly within the operator who were friendly and helpful. The boat arrived and time and we set off on time, even allowing 5 minutes for someone looking for a parking spot so make sure you arrive at the appointed time for everyone’s benefit. The Blasket Islands area a highly influential part of Irish history and culture. The guide knew his stuff and was always available to answer questions. The boat ride was relaxing and we were even joined b y a few inquisitive dolphins who wanted to see what we were up to and to say hello. An Blascèid Mòr is stunning and while this trip did not include a landing, the view of the island and The Sleeping Giant in the background were simply stunning. I have taken the landing trip in the past, which is also very worthwhile, but this trip created a sense of awe at the beauty and ruggedness of the southwest Kerry coastline. My recommendation is that if you are thinking of taking the trip, do it as you will. Not regret it. I will be back to take this or a similar trip with this carrier in the future.

Overall the experience was very good. The guide shared interesting facts about the area, but also simply let you enjoy the stunning coastline/scenery . We were lucky enough to see many dolphins and from a distance on the beach the seals.

Great tour with great guide

Was worthwhile the visit and time. You could see and feel the guide comes from Dingle and is doing his job with passion. Gave the whole tour a different taste. Best was, that we actually spotted some delphins (chances of seeing them is about 10-20%) so that affects for sure the pleasant trip and rating. Would recommend this tour 100%. If you are in Dingle by car, make sure to drive th condor pass as it shows the raw natural beauty of Ireland
