Death Valley has sand flats, jagged canyons, sparkling crystals left by the drying up of lakes, and a barren scene that you must explore. Then, we will head back over and return to Las Vegas. Itinerary: Las Vegas → Rhyolite Ghost Town (30 mins) → Death Valley National Park (4 hours) → Las Vegas Notes: 1. My wife and I enjoyed the views of Death Valley; our tour guide Tizzy was great; she had to make a substitution for the Ghost town due to a road closing. The replacement view was from Dante’s was phenomenal.
