D-Day on the Normandy Coast
Normandy’s coastline became the stage for one of the most significant military operations in modern history when Allied forces launched the D-Day landings on June 6, 1944. Thousands of soldiers came ashore on five beaches along this rugged coast in what remains the largest amphibious invasion ever attempted.
Visit Omaha Beach
One of the most emblematic sites of the landings is Omaha Beach, where American troops faced fierce German defenses and heavy casualties. Walking along the shoreline today offers a powerful sense of the scale, courage and sacrifice that marked this critical moment in the battle for Europe.
Normandy American Cemetery
Set on a bluff overlooking Omaha Beach, the Normandy American Cemetery is among the most moving memorials of the Second World War. Rows of white crosses and Stars of David honor the American soldiers who fell during the Normandy campaign, while the memorial and exhibits help visitors understand their stories and the wider context of the landings.
Learn Operation Overlord
Throughout the day, your guide traces the planning, execution and aftermath of Operation Overlord, the Allied invasion that began the liberation of France and paved the way for victory in Europe. Maps, anecdotes and on‑site explanations bring strategy and human experience together in a vivid narrative.

Reviews
Great experience, guide was super knowledgeable and friendly. Victor brought us around the different sites and showed us so many cool sites
Alex was the most experienced, knowledgeable, and chilled tour guide of all the 5 tour guides we experienced. We learned a lot from him about the culture, history, and geology of the region. He also provided great context to understand the regions' wines. This tour to Cassis and the calanques was beautiful and would get a 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that this expensive tour did not include lunch. The wine tasting was good but I had better in Bordeaux and it included lunch.
Matt was an awesome tour guide. His passion for D-day made the experience that much better. He was very knowledgeable. Even my children were glued to his every word. Great experience!
