Itinerary
Around 8:00am, get picked up or meet at a meeting point then take off from Ho Chi Minh City to the Cu Chi Tunnels with an experienced English-speaking tour guide. After an approximately 1.5-hour car ride, arrive at the Tunnels. Start your visit by watching a short documentary film that takes you to the past with an introduction to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Learn about the history and significance of the tunnels during the Vietnam War, then start exploring. You can crawl distances through the tunnels that were used by the guerrilla fighters during the Vietnam War. You may see a kitchen, living quarters, and a meeting room on the way. Learn about how different types of traps were created and set up. Visit the weapons room and learn how the ingenious Viet Cong soldiers made them. Before the end of the tour, you can also try your hand at the shooting range with an AK-47. Arrive back in Ho Chi Minh City approximately at 3:30PM.

Amazing Cu Chi Tunnel Experience
Our tour guide, Alex Duc Nguyen, was truly fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed — from refreshments and extra photos to sharing fascinating insights about the sites. Our adventure began with an insightful journey into Vietnamese history as we headed to the Cu Chi Tunnels. We then made a brief stop at a local spot where artists crafted beautiful picture boards, followed by an exciting visit to a shooting range where we tried out various weapons. The highlight was exploring the incredible Cu Chi Tunnels, where we discovered so much and enjoyed ample free time to soak it all in. The tour wrapped up with a delicious local lunch organized by the agency, leaving us with wonderful memories. We returned to the hotels around 3 pm, filled with unforgettable experiences.

The whole tour was seamless, our tour guide Jack was in contact in the lead up to it so we felt very well looked after. He clearly has a passion for what he does, and was so knowledgeable he knew about all the things we asked about the general culture and history. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam, and if you get Jack as your tour guide, you'll have a great time!
