Itinerary
Tour stars approximately at 7:30AM to 7:00PM - This full-day tour takes you from Ho Chi Minh city to two popular attractions: Cu Chi Tunnels, and the Mekong Delta. Around 7:30am. Get picked up from your hotel in the center of Ho Chi Minh city and head to Cu Chi Tunnels. After 1.5 hours ride, we arrive at the tunnels where you will get a chance to learn about the fascinating history and significance of the tunnels during the Vietnam War. You will have the opportunity to crawl distances of the tunnels, try your hand at the shooting range, and witness the intricate network of underground tunnels and traps that played a significant role in the war. After exploring the tunnels, we'll head to a local restaurant for lunch to try some of the delicious local Vietnamese cuisine (vegan food available).
After lunch, we'll head to My Tho - the heart of the Mekong Delta region. You'll get a glimpse into the daily life of the locals as we take a boat ride down the Mekong River, where you can enjoy the picturesque scenery of the surrounding countryside. We will then take a sampan ride through the small waterways with coconut palms line both sides, where you can experience the rural lifestyle, stop by the bee house to enjoy some local fruits and honey tea, listen to a live local music performance performed by the villagers. We'll wrap up our day and head back to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon and be taken back to your hotel. This is a unique opportunity to experience some of the best Southern Vietnam has to offer, with a mix of history, culture, and natural beauty all in one day.

Absolute must-do!
We only had one full day in Ho Chi Minh City, so I was a bit apprehensive to sign up for this all-day tour. However, I am SO glad that I booked this tour as it was one of the most memorable days during my entire trip. We started the day at the Cu Chi Tunnels learning about the resilience of the Vietnamese citizens during the civil war. Our guide, Dyan, was very educated on the topic and provided plenty of historical information. Afterward, we went to the Mekong Delta and had a delicious lunch followed by a relaxing boat ride along the beautiful delta. We also got the opportunity to try the local honey and coconut products produced in the area. Dyan was incredibly kind and attentive, and really made the day special. If you are visiting Ho Chi Minh City, you simply must do this tour.

Nice Day trip
It was a nice day tour from the city. Our guide was very kind and professional, we really enjoyed the day. Cu chi tunnels are interesting and if you are there, you must try the shooting. Is a bit expensive 750.000 for 10 bullets and that's the minimum you can purchase. We have visited a handmade coconut candy factory and Honey farm. The coconut forest ride was fun too.
perfect tour
It was a day worth every penny. Big Handsome David has a great energy, he was cheerful and lively all day, his energy never waned, and that was great for us. He told us a lot about Vietnam's history, food, and the region. He even sent us PDFs with places to visit and foods to eat. There also were complimentary drinks and desserts, the food was delicious. The Delta experience was fantastic. I highly recommend it to everyone. if i ever come to saigon again, i would definetely rebook this tour
