CANCELLATIONS: 30 days or more before the start of the service No penalty Between the 15th and 29th day before the start of the service 30% of the total cost of the service and at least €150. Between the 2nd and 14th day before the start of the service 50% of the total cost of the service and at least €150. Less than 48 hours before the start of the service, 100% of the total cost of the service will be retained Upon receipt of the customer's cancellation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, RHÔNE SHUTTLE will send them a cancellation invoice within 10 days and will reimburse them for any excess payment.
