My second time with Wild Rovers and still a great experience! Quality of the tour, guides, and drivers are truly exceptional! Must try when you're in Ireland.

We are from Seattle WA and were only in Dublin for the weekend. We wanted a tour that was organized and saw a few places in northern island. This tour went above and beyond that! Our drivers name was Dave and our tour guides name was Dave. We started the tour by driving out of Dublin, and Dave told us stories as we passed monuments and historical areas. Throughout the tour Dave gave wonderful personal stories, historical facts and humored the bus with jokes! In Belfast I loved the black cab tour, it felt personal and I learned so much about Ireland. Our group of four got our own cab and we’re able to talk with our cab driver and learn about his life and history. The giants causeway was amazing, and thanks to our tour guide we knew how to optimize our time there, and get food! We also stopped at a castle where game of thrones filmed, and a wonderful scenic stop where we coils see Scotland! Thanks Dave and Dave!!

I did the Cliffs of Moher & Galway City Day Tour. The driver and tour guide were both great, it was a full bus and the guide was able to keep all of our attention and keep us in time for each site. I liked how everything was so organized, even assigning seats when we first got on the bus. I do feel mislead as the itinerary stated we would pass by a few castles like Bunratty Castle and a lighthouse although it was just pointed out to us while driving on the highway, we didn't stop or drive up to them. In addition the 30 minute guided walking tour of Galway was less than 10 minutes and we only walked 2 blocks from the bus stop to the main shopping street. Our guide did recommend some restaurants and shops we might be interested in, but it definitely was not what was advertised. I would use this company again and recommend to others, as I did appreciate the time and information we were given at each site we visited. Also the driver and guide were top notch. I just wish the description of the day tour was more accurate to the experience.

I highly recommend this tour company. I took a lovely excursion to Belfast/Giant’s Causeway with my family. The tour guides were absolutely wonderful and the sights were truly priceless. We were particularly touched by the emotional black cab tour of the Troubles. During the bus ride back to Dublin, my son became a little sick and we were overwhelmed by the kindness and compassion in the response from both tour guides and fellow passengers. We are so grateful to have had this opportunity.

My husband and I did the Giant's Causeway tour with this company and it was fabulous. Krishna was our driver and Anthony was our tour guide and they were a great team. Krishna was very friendly and a great driver obviously, and Anthony was very funny, welcoming and made sure that everyone was having a good time. He gave us a lot of information throughout the day and gave us loads of tips and tricks about Ireland. Made sure that everyone knew exactly when to come back on the bus and where the best spots were. We had a blast and learned a lot, definitely recommend this tour company and especially Anthony as an amazing tour guide!

Sean and Sidney made our experience Amazing. Sean is super informative, very charismatic and even put on a great Irish movie for us on the way home from to tour. Sidney is like a global world rallye racer, but with a bus. We were on some very tight roads with Huuuuge Drop offs and he kept us on the road and we made great time in getting from point a to point b.

My wife and I went on the Cliffs of Moher and Galway day tour and we absolutely loved it. Rory was our guide and he was super nice and very informative. We learned so much about Irish history as we made our way across the country and Rory answered all our questions. The cliffs were awesome and had wonderful views. Galway was a really quaint little city and we enjoyed some good fish and chips there. Definitely would recommend this to anyone!

Please everyone, make yourself a gift and ABSOLUTELY book one of their trips! This company is a 10/10, very well organised, and I will be forever grateful for the help they gave me! I was staying at an accommodation far from the pick up point, and had booked the tour for a Sunday, and in no way could I had known that there are literally shortages of taxis on Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings (and now you know too. Also, the only public transport I could get was the 5:30 am Luas, in case somebody needs this). So I had booked a taxi in advance and they even gave me the booking confirmation, but that morning the taxi never showed up and only when I called them that same morning I discovered they were still looking for a driver for me! So I didn’t get to the pick up point, loosing the trip. I called Wild Rover Tours and explained why I had lost the trip and to my surprise they were so kind to reschedule my trip for a small charge on another day and this only took them 20 minutes! These guys are amazing. Just make sure to read their policies in advance, which are generous, and to call them the same day if something similar ever happens to you, which I wish you not. The trip itself has been one of the best experiences in my life. You can blindly go to that trip without worrying for anything, because everything is already perfectly organised. Cieron is the best driver in the world and Anthony is the best guide ever. These guys are amazing and kind, 100% fun granted, we had so many good laughs! You won’t even notice the hours spent in the bus (which is comfy and has usb power outlets), and make sure you don’t sleep in the meanwhile because Anthony tells a thousands fun facts about Ireland’s folklore and history that nobody would tell you otherwise, and about all those things you see on the motorway and not even notice. If you haven’t already fallen in love with Ireland, Anthony will make you. He also suggests all the best places to get photos, to eat, drink and do your shopping in the west and in Dublin, so make sure you listen to every single word and take notes! Also, you get to have a pause in a gas station (and yes, it’s the Barack Obama plaza) where you can also have breakfast, and the same on the way back, and that’s perfect. We went on September, which is not too chaotic, but I suggest you bring something to eat from home anyway, in case the station or the restaurants in Ireland are too busy. The Cliffs are a must see, we had 2 abundant hours to see them, which is great; it was my second time there and I still want to go back a thousand other times. Same for Galway: 2 hours to eat there, visit and do all your shopping. Just make sure you respect the time given to you to roam around, because it is this that will grant everyone the perfect outcome of the trip, trust me, and you will make Cieron and Anthony’s job a lot easier, they deserve it! Also, you can leave your stuff in the bus if you don’t need it because it will be safe there. Again, most perfect trip ever, I’m 100% booking a new tour with them for my next visit to Ireland!

Both Anthony and Kieran were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Anthony made the experience educational and humorous while Kieran did an amazing job navigating the bus through the tight corners and narrow roads. Would highly recommend it was a crack.

Sean and Krishna did a good job but it would have been nice if Sean had explained more history and culture while driving through areas such as near the large bridge on the way up, people in the front were asking questions and he answered them but it would have been nice if he had repeated the question and answered to more of us since we were interested but not close enough to hear. Also the sound on the movie was very difficult to hear on the way back down.

Amazing tour of Northern Ireland. Sean the tour guide was very knowledgeable, helpful, and took care of every detail so we tourists had a seamless experience. Krishna was pleasant and a safe driver. The tour contained just the right amount of talking, music, culture, and comfort stops. Sean gave us all the tips before we got off the bus so we could enjoy each attraction to the fullest. They even played the movie Belfast for us on the way back to give us more perspective on the history of Northern Ireland. The Titanic Museum is extraordinary, Dunluce Castle was scenic and majestic looking (bring a coat, that wind is fierce), and Giant’s Causeway is a must do as well. At the Causeway, stop in The Nook pub for lunch or just an Irish coffee. The food and service there is much better than expected for a restaurant by a large attraction. Overall, this was a wonderful trip and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Great trip, landmarks are impressive. However, half of the time is spent on the bus which is not pleasant, especially with that Irish music in the background ALL the time in the bus.
