Great stories
Our driver and guide, Mick and Daithi were a great double act. Timings were all on schedule and times at locations spot on. The information , in particular in respect of difficult subjects and historical fact, was informative, balanced and non- judgmental. Storytelling was funny and witty and banter between a proud Irish guide and an Aussie driver was great fun. Personal reflection and music set the scene. The attractions visit were enjoyable A great trip, thanks Daithi and Mick .. top guys!

Highly recommend!
Beautiful views at the Cliffs of Moher, and lovely atmosphere in Galway. We went on an overcast day. Wish the visibility at the cliffs was better, but we still got stunning views. Bring water and snacks, as it's quite a long bus ride both ways. There is a restroom/convenience store stop about 1-1.5 hours into the drive, and opportunities to have meals at both the Cliffs and in Galway. Loved peering out the window throughout the ride across Ireland - it's so lush! This tour was a convenient way for us to briefly visit the Western coast of Ireland without having to worry about transit or extensive planning. Shout out to our wonderful guide Sean and driver Billy! Sean was wonderful and attentive to the group's needs throughout the day. Booking the tour was a very easy and quick process (booked directly through Wild Rover online). It was easy to find hotel accommodation near the first pick-up and drop-off site - just walk over in the morning, check in, and be on your way. Getting food/dinner recommendations from our tour guide was also helpful!

So worth the time!
Variety of activities were wonderful for a day tour. Liam and Krishna were friendly and thoughtful, and Liam's hometown knowledge and charm were especially entertaining.

Our family of 9 had a great time with Liam and Krishna. It was very well organized and very informative yet fun. Liam was a hoot. He shared stories and even songs. He clearly loves being a tour guide. Fantastic time!

Awesome Trip!
What an amazing experience. John was very knowledgeable about the history surrounding Ireland’s various landmarks that we passed along the way. Though the bus ride is long, it is well worth the wait to explore the Cliffs of Mohr as it was a truly one of a kind experience. Marco the driver did a swell job as well. I totally recommend this trip for others.

Our trip with Dave and Colin was wonderful!! Dave was very knowledgable and fun. It was a long day but he kept us alert with interesting stories and music. Colin’s driving was expert. He kept us on track and safe on some crazy roads. Definitely worth it!!

Lovely scenery - highly recommend!
We had a great experience on this tour with Wild Rover. The drive to Kilkenny was beautiful and quite short. The high street in Kilkenny is pleasant to stroll down and very charming. We also visited Rothe House and Garden (additional small entry fee), while others in our tour group toured Kilkenny Castle. The views of the Wicklow Mountains and Glendalough were stunning. Everything is lush and green, and we had plenty of time to relax by the lake and take photos of the monastic city. The sheep farm was our favorite highlight! Such a fun experience learning about the workings of the sheep farm, and seeing Rob the border collie do his thing! Everyone had the chance to hold baby lambs as well. Adorable and uplifting! If you love animals, don't skip this tour. I'd recommend checking the weather before booking this tour, if you have that flexibility! Luckily, the day we went was sunny and cool - perfect for clear views of the Wicklow Mountains, walking through Glendalough and Kilkenny, and staying dry overall. Our tour guide Sean and driver Dermot were great. Sean was informative, friendly, and patient with the varied needs of the large tour group. He also had a great playlist of Irish music to keep us entertained throughout the bus rides. Wonderful experience overall!
