Wonderful experience whatever the weather

A great experience whatever the weather, the views and the moments you take in are to remember forever. Our tour guide Paul and Driver John were superb, really knowledgeable and made sure everyone had a great time.

Great tour!

Our guide Rory was very funny and very informative. I enjoyed his jokes and stories, along with all the Ireland history. Our driver Warren was also great. Getting us there and back safely amid the fuel protests.

Journée à Kilkenny et Glendalough

Nous avons passé une journée exceptionnelle!! Loin du stress de la ville (dû aux perturbations du traffic à cause des grèves des agriculteurs) nous nous sommes laissées guider par le très sympathique Kevin. Il nous a donné des informations sur la flore des Wiclow mountains, l'histoire des sites, des conseils pour manger, toujours en ajoutant des anecdotes pleines d'humour. Pour ma fille de 4 ans, le moment inoubliable était la visite de la ferme avec la démonstration du chien de troupeau et les câlins aux agneaux. Pour ma part, la visite de Kilkenny et la promenade à Gelndalough était tout aussi appréciables.

Entertained

David and Joe was excellent. They kept us entertained with the history of the different places we visited and funny stories.

Lambs, nature, and stew. The perfect day!

Despite the rainy and cold day we had such a wonderful time seeing this charming part of Ireland with our driver and tour guide John and Paul. The food recommendations were phenomenal and the activity suggestions were perfect to make the most of our time at each location. The highlight for us was definitely the sheepdog trials and seeing (and holding!!!) the lambs as well as watching cattle dog Rob show off his skills. This day trip is great if you would like to get away from the crowds and enjoy a bit of nature while staying in Dublin. If we travel back to Ireland we will definitely be booking another trip with Wild Rover Tours!

Must do in Ireland

This was one of our favorite things we did during our time in Ireland. Steve and Matt were phenomenal guides and had so much knowledge about the country that enhanced the experience. I can’t recommend this tour enough!

Paul was an incredible tour guide, providing us with a bunch of facts and knowledge along the ride and during the guided walks. The information felt very relevant and our group was captivated. We all felt like we learned something on this trip and that we wouldn’t have had this experience without this well thought out tour. It was genuinely beautiful to walk through a medieval city, see the Whitlock Mountains, and (of course) experience the sheep farm. John was also the best driver, maneuvering the windy Irish roads. Truly a dynamic duo!

David and Joe, a great team. David was incredibly impressive, talented, passionate, and an extraordinary guide—and that's an understatement. He gave us recommendations, places to visit, a playlist of Irish songs that I requested because I loved them so much, and everything else he could possibly do. Of course, the best part was enjoying himself and making the trip lively by singing Irish songs live, telling us all the historical, mythical, and legendary information about the places. And no less important, Joe was equally impressive—and that's an understatement. He's a fantastic driver who avoided traffic jams and road closures, was attentive and careful, and maintained excellent control despite the adverse weather conditions on small, winding roads. It was a very smooth and peaceful journey. I'm so glad I enjoyed and booked this tour, and meeting you was a real pleasure. It was a great experience throughout; you'll never be bored. Thank you, guys! 5/5 AAA for both of you. I highly recommend this tour. It's a beautiful trip despite the weather. Keep in mind that it's the North, but you'll truly appreciate the views in person; they'll leave you speechless. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Tomorrow I'm taking another trip with the same company on a longer route, so I'm happy to be traveling with you again. I hope I have another equally excellent experience.

It started out wonderful! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the cliffs a great deal. We had a lovely lunch in Ennis. Unfortunately, due to the protests we were unable to get to Limerick and had to spend 5 1/2 hours on the bus going back to Dublin on side roads. This was no fault of the driver. He was lovely but we definitely did not get our moneys worth.

The tour to The Titanic Museum, and Giants Causeway was amazing, the additional stops to the castles and other places of interest made this tour one of the best European Tours for the money, Sean and Michael were a great tandem of careful driving and Irish History in 1 bundle, I would highly recommend you take this tour

Daithi was the best guide on our whole trip in Ireland. Calming but entertaining voice the entire time, let you sleep when you needed it, was an amazing story teller when things were exciting! The camaraderie and banter between him and Steven the driver was hilarious (the driving was excellent too, but it was the personality that did it for us) Sites were breathtaking and insane to take in the shear size of the cliffs. Bus was new, clean and comfortable! Definitely a must do!

Wish there was more time! Took the walking tour in Belfast and it took most of the 2 hours so we didn’t get to explore much in the city.
