Historical perspective was fantastic. The sheep dog trials were so good and we got to hold lambs! Would recommend this refreshing and relaxing tour. Tour guide: John and driver:Warren were patient and very friendly.

Great trip to Cliffs of Moher and Galway!

We had an amazing experience with our guide John and driver Marsin! John was so informative, funny, and engaging. He really brought the history and sights to life while keeping the group entertained. Marsin was an excellent driver, professional and safe, which made the whole trip feel comfortable and relaxed. Together they made a fantastic team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone booking this tour!

Getting out of the city

Had a wonderful time enjoyed getting to see several nice areas outside of Dublin. The sheep dog experience was certainly different and very fun to witness up close.

Worth It!

Had a fantastic time. David did a great job. I was skeptical about going on a 10 hour tour but the bus was very comfortable. Only issue was the WiFi on the bus was iffy but we had decent cell service most of the trip.

The Cliffs of Moher are every bit as spectacular as you imagine—and then some! Yes, it’s about a two-hour bus ride to get there, but honestly, the time flew by thanks to our guide Elisa. She kept us entertained the whole way with fascinating stories about historical landmarks, quirky town histories, and little details you’d never pick up on your own. It felt like the sightseeing started long before we even reached the cliffs. And once we arrived—wow. The sheer drop of the cliffs into the roaring Atlantic was mesmerizing. It’s one of those sights that makes you stop in your tracks and just breathe it in. The walk here is much easier compared to the Giant’s Causeway, but they also have carts available for anyone less mobile, which I thought was a great touch. Standing there, I couldn’t help but geek out knowing this was the filming location for that unforgettable scene in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Pure magic. On the way toward Galway, we passed through the Burren in County Clare, and I was absolutely struck by the dramatic gray limestone landscape. It feels otherworldly—almost like walking across the surface of the moon. This part of the trip hit me on a very personal level, as it’s the region where some of my ancestors lived before leaving during the potato famine. To stand there, surrounded by that rugged beauty, knowing the hardships they faced—it was powerful and deeply moving. Our stop in Galway City rounded out the day nicely. The city has such a lively energy, though I do wish we had more time to explore. If you go, don’t miss the museum. It’s free, and the exhibits on history and science are genuinely fantastic—far better than I expected. Overall, this tour struck the perfect balance: jaw-dropping natural beauty, fascinating history, a touch of movie magic, and even a personal connection to my own family’s past. Absolutely unforgettable.

Great day tour from Dublin to see the Cliffs! Also a nice change of pace to see rural Ireland - the scenery was amazing! Galway was really cute & the seafood was out of this world! Matt & Marlo were great hosts & gave us some good history & tips! Would highly recommend! Would have liked more time in Galway - will need to make another trip!

First trip to Ireland and booked a tour to do the cliffs of moher and Galway. It was a great experience and took a lot of the stress out of trying to navigate there ourselves. The tour is all day (12ish hours), but it doesn’t feel too bad when you’re not having to plan any of the logistics. They took care of the tickets to the cliffs, and had great recommendations on what to do during all of our stops along the way. I would recommend and would book another tour with them again.
