Optical Overdose

Epic day ! Despite the rain and the car accident that delayed us from the get go the tour was fantastic. David (Guide) and Joe (Driver) were fantastic .. fun, funny, knowledgeable, with a great mix of entertainment and historical knowledge. They communicated requirements and managed the group in a really professional manner. The Cliffs and Atlantic Way were everything we hoped so if you're thinking of taking a tour book w these guys.

Great Journey

Archie was a great storyteller and we learned so much about the history of the island... very entertaining. Our driver, Keith, was as professional a bus driver as anyone could ask for.

Worth every penny!

Sarah had amazing navigation and driving skills. Wich were demonstrated when we encountered multiple obstacles in the road. Ian was AMAZING! He not only gave us great information on board but he also gave mini walking tours and advice at each site. We went on several tours during our time in Dublin and this one is easily in the top 3 maybe even our number 1 spot. You will not regret it ♥️

Education and entertaining

I did a tour with Archie and Keith to the cliffs of Moher , Ennis, and Bunratty castle. Learned some fun facts and had a good time listening to the knowledge Archie relayed about Ireland.

Great experience. Ian and driver Sarah were wonderful. We even had a laugh with Ian’s jokes. We especially liked the sheep farm experience. Getting a taste of the green hills and valleys of Ireland was memorable

Good memories

Had an enjoyable time and took lots of great photos. Archie (guide) and Keith (driver) were great! They made sure we kept to a comfortable schedule and were safe on the road. Were never worried about washrooms since there was always one available at stops which were about every 1.5-2hrs-ish. I'm very interested in mythology and had mentioned that to Archie at the beginning and he made sure to include some stories! Those were the highlight of my trip. I lit up like a child! Thanks for a good memory!

Finn for the Win!

We really enjoyed this day trip. Finn was our driver and guide. He gave great commentary along the way which helped pass the time. As for the logistics if you're wondering what the day was like: we walked down to the meeting spot (arrived around 6:35a and we were one of the last few to arrive. The bus left by 6:45 (probably b/c it was full and everyone was accounted for). We were a party of six and due to the bus being completely full we were split up, which worked out fine but a heads up to anyone where that may be important -- arrive very early to sit together! Once we were on our way, Finn was very clear and good about walking us through the timeline (e.g., we would stop 90 min after leaving for a coffee/bathroom break that lasted 20 min). We would continue on to Cliffs of Moher, then stop again after the cliffs but before lunch, then stop for lunch, then Galway, then back to Dublin. Before each stop Finn walked us through his suggestions for good vantage points, where bathrooms could be found, exactly what to expect at each location. You were never left wondering! Before we got to the lunch spot he stepped us through how ordering worked (since it's a bus full of people!), what was on the menu, what he recommended, etc. Same for Galway. Gave shop recommendations, timelines, where bathrooms were, etc. Finn was a 10/10. Very thorough and enjoyable.

Book a tour through Wild Rover today. We went on a girls trip and did the Cliffs of Moher tour that included a drive around the west coast ending in Galway. Our tour guide was phenomenal- funny, knowledgeable and very personable. The tour itself took us through gorgeous countryside and Oceanside views down the Wild Atlantic Way. Tours were a great value for all we got for the price and we will absolutely use Wild Rover again on our next visit to Ireland.

First trip in Ireland, and I count myself as a lucky tourist to have one of the best tour guides I could ask for. We had Stephen as our guider for the Moher & Galway trip. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy to learn more about Ireland. I never learned so much about a country in one day. Stephen knows Ireland like the back of his hand, explaining unique and mysterious places throughout the island and it’s rich history. He always made sure we were safe, and well entertained by his witty jokes and good Irish music in the bus. JP was our bus driver, he too was very trustworthy and friendly. Went here in August, and the weather was just a bit rainy, but mostly cloudy and sunny. It changes every 10 ish minutes. But the cloudy weather added a beautiful mystery throughout this trip, so don’t worry about the weather. It’s always beautiful no matter what. Would repeat this day in a heart beat!

We had an unforgettable experience visiting the Cliffs of Moher last Sunday with Daithí and Steve. From the very beginning, Daithí captivated us with his incredible storytelling, sharing not only fascinating tales from his years as a guide but also rich stories about Ireland’s history and culture. His great taste in music made the journey even more enjoyable, creating the perfect atmosphere throughout the trip. What truly touched us was the thoughtful way he acknowledged that my sister and I were from Mexico. He shared a wonderful cultural connection between Mexicans and the Irish, filling us with joy and making us feel so welcome. That personal touch really made our day extra special. ✨ The visit to the Cliffs of Moher was breathtaking, and closing the day in the beautiful city of Galway was the perfect finale. Thanks to Daithí and Steve, this was more than just a tour – it was an experience full of warmth, fun, and cultural connection. 🇲🇽☘️🇮🇪 We absolutely recommend them without hesitation!

Cliffs of Moher, Ennis Town & Bunratty Castle Day Tour from Dublin

This is a great tour and Daniel our tour guide did a fantastic job of sharing history and information about the sites. Dermot our bus driver got us where we needed to go both safely and on time. Really recommend taking this tour. Especially enjoyed the bingo game on the way back to pass by the time in a fun way.

This was a fun tour! Steven entertained us and gave us a lot of interesting information along the way. Even though the weather wasn’t the best it was great. He and the driver handled a car sick passenger with care as well.
