great tour!!

great trip!! our tour guide sean and driver darran were super kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. they took great care of the group, provided a great history of ireland, gave us great local recommendations, drove safely and played great music to add to the experience. both stand up guys and super great guides!! highly recommend booking with them!! great day!!

Great hosts/ Great day trip!

Sean (guide) and Darren (driver) were both excellent! Great tour and guide has great Irish knowledge. Learned a lot about Irish country/culture without feeling overwhelmed by information. Having a couple hours to explore Galway was amazing and was the cherry on top to a great day!

Overall, a good tour with...

Overall, a good tour with an informative tour guide. There is a lot of time spent on the bus (about a 3 hour drive to the Cliffs of Moher, which is the first stop). Unfortunately, the gentleman seated behind me was throwing up for the last hour of the first 3-hour journey. The Cliffs of Moher are also mostly closed, which was unfortunate and we thought the time should've been adjusted to reflect the closure (i.e. 2 hours was far too long of a time spent there and we would've appreciated more time in Galway given the closure). Following the Cliffs of Moher, there is another 2 hour drive to get to Galway. Once in Galway, you have 2 hours to eat lunch/explore. Unfortunately, we didn't get to Galway until after 2pm and the bus left at 6:45am, so we were starving. Galway was very busy and we spent half our time there looking for/waiting for food. We only had roughly 1 hour to wander around/do some shopping. After Galway, you drive another 3ish hours back to Dublin. It was nice seeing the countryside and the tour guide had some interesting stories to tell. To improve the tour, less time should be spent at the Cliffs of Moher and more time should be spent in Galway.

This Cliffs of Moher and Galway tour was perfect, since we were only in Ireland for 3 days and wanted to see as much as we could. There was plenty of time at the stops, and great info and stories on the bus on the way. Stephen was an awesome guide, and Collum was a great driver. Would definitely go on another Wild Rover tour!

My husband and I are from the US and we went on the Wild Rover Tour of the Cliffs of Moher and Galway on September 26, 2025. Stephen was our tour guide and JP was our driver. Both of them helped to make the tour very enjoyable. Stephen was a bottomless font of interesting facts (with some entertaining fiction thrown in for good measure). He spoke one on one with everyone it seemed, taking an interest in individuals. After hearing my interest in James Joyce, he took me to see where Joyce’s wife, Nora Barnacle, lived in Galway. I have to admit, though, that Stephen had me when I gave him my name to get on the bus and upon hearing “Eileen” he said “welcome home.”

I went on Cliffs of Moher tour with Ennis city and Burnatty Castle visit. Our tour guides/drivers were John and Michael and they really made my experience better. They were fun, knowledgeable and entertaining. Tour itself is very nice, Cliffs are amazing, castle is small, but cool. Ennis is small and cozy, but we were in nice pub

Took the day trip to Cliffs of Moher, The Burren & Galway. It’s a long day but WELL WORTH IT!! Bus is very comfortable. Tour guide (Brian) was informative, courteous and funny!! The driver (Steve) was very professional and kind. Funny too!! And you can’t beat the price!!!! 5 STARS!!!!!

Great day trip. The Cliffs of Moher are amazing, as is the City of Galway. A day well spent. The bus trip itself was entertaining and educational. Our guide Maurice is very knowledgeable about everything Ireland. Our driver Shane, made the ride comfortable and navigated the roads like a pro. Definitely recommend this excursion.

Shout out to Shane for the great tour and our bus driver whose father also drove the titanic. They kept us safe and entertained throughout the journey. Everything was organized and was communicated well during every stop. 1 washroom break going and 1 going back roughly 1.5-2hrs in. The Cliffs of Moher was def a highlight, however Galway, as nice as it was, was a bit underwhelming. Would def go again
