Cliffs of Moher, Ennis Town & Bunratty Castle Day Tour from Dublin

Spending the day with Matt and John was a great way for our family to explore beyond Dublin’s City Centre and see a bit of Ireland’s fabulous countryside!

We took the last day of our 9 day tour through Southern Ireland and went on this 13 hour tour to Northern Ireland. We had a great day, rain and all. Beautiful country. Pick us up across from our hotel and dropped us off a block away. Tour guild was a little sticky on where we sat when getting off the bus and then getting back on. She was very informative.

Julia was an amazing tour guide with so much knowledge and historical information with humor added. Julia has a soothing voice the you can listen to all day and never get tired of it. Sarah drove like a champ and handled that huge bus like she's been driving for decades.

Fun day!

This was a very great experience, long day but worth it. Bring snacks and something to do and enjoy the road trip. Also, if you don’t want to waste time at one of the stops eating just grab a sandwich from the cafe at the cliffs and eat it on the bus, this is what we did and sure glad we did so we could enjoy Galway a little bit longer.

Great tour, great sights at a great price!!

Great tour, great tour guide Paul and great driver that got us to out location and back. The amount of time spent at each location was perfect. Paul was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to have time to explore on our own. Definitely worth the time and priced right.

Highlight of our time in Ireland so far.

This day trip was the highlight of our trip to Ireland so far. We enjoyed Kilkenny; did a self-tour of the castle and wandered thru the town. Took pics of St Mary’s church which had some renovation work being done on the exterior. Glendalough took my breath away. Gorgeous landscape. Lovely trail thru the woods to lower and upper lakes and beyond. The stone ruins & cemetery are a journey back through the centuries. Our last stop at Ritchie’s working sheep farm for the herding dog demonstration was incredibly impressive! Rex, the dog is the youngest on the farm and still learning but you wouldn’t have known it! Loved learning the history of his family’s farming on the hills for generations. Even got to hold a 2 1/2 week old lamb. 🥰. Our guide, Paul and driver Krishna were awesome. Very caring, kind and accommodating. Paul has a calm, steady demeanor while delivering facts, details, and history which really enhanced our experience and brought the places we visited to life. Highly recommend.

We had a nice visit to Kilkenny, Wicklow and a sheep farm. Paul abd Krishna did an excellent job leading the tour with good information.

Black cab tour, castle, rock formations

Nice day, very informative, Good ride! Recieved some thoughtful information, on Black Cab tour. Enjoyed beautiful views and country side, Daniel and JP made a wonderful team!

This was a great trip!...

This was a great trip! Ian was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable. He was engaged with the group the entire day and made a point to talk to each person individually. Mick was also a fantastic driver and did a great job navigating the mountain roads in a tour bus. Definitely recommend this trip if you’re into a bit of history and the outdoors.

We did the black cab tour and really enjoyed it. It helped us understand the history. The giant causeway was wonderful! Really enjoyed the walk

Great trip across to...

Great trip across to western coast of Ireland. Our guide Eve was fantastic, gave a great history throughout the trip and was very organized. Our driver JP kept us safe! The trip is a doozy so be prepared for that.

Last minute booked the Cliffs of Moher, Bunratty Castle & Ennistown tour. We knew it was going to be a long day and just a bit of time at each one, but it was exactly what we were looking for. Was a fantastic tour, Matt was our guide and he was excellent. Engaging, informative and funny, but then again I'm not surprised of this by anybody who can appreciate Father Ted. John was our driver and was excellent as well. Very smooth, safe and competent driver. I would definitely book with Irish Rover again as I thought having the second person on board as the 'guide' was a definite bonus.

Everything went perfectly, and Stephen is probably the most entertaining and informative guide in all of Ireland, maybe even the world. A truly wonderful and enjoyable tour! If you take the tour with these two, congratulations... It will be outstanding. Highly recommended!
