Amazing tour!

This was an amazing day trip. Highly recommend the black cab tour. Very educational and I learned a lot. DunlucE Castle and Giant’s Causeway were beautiful. Our tour guide was very helpful and recommended other things to see during our time in Dublin.

Amazing Tour

Top notch first rate tour and a great tour guide and driver. Fun all the way. Plenty of food and pit stops on the long scenic ride across the island. Lots of rainbows and small towns to see along the way.

A nice day.

It was a very nice day. Our tour guide Matt was funny and enthusiastic. He had interesting and historical info to share along the trip. The Cliffs are impressive and Ennis is a cute town with good food. I would definitely take a tour with Matt and our driver Micheal again.

Excellent Experience

First class driver (Pete) and (Paul). Sheep dog demo and Killkenny excellently. Glendslough did not seem worth visiting, although it was raining when we were there. Sheepdog demo was the highlight

Beautiful even in driving rain and wind!

Weather was horrible, but the experience was still awesome! Driving rain and hurricane force winds on the day we visited, but it was still worth it.

More to be desired

Cons: - Weather was extremely bad unfortunately, cold, wind and rain, felt poorly planned as there was not much options for shelters - hot food was not allowed and we didn’t get to have any cafes until 2-3hours into the trip. - no garbage bag in the coach - no bathroom on the coach Pros: - very nice tour guide - allowed us back onto the bus after ~45mins of departure - good music selection - highlights of the trip was holding the baby lamb and walking around Kilkenny and the castle. Wish there was more time at Kilkenny.

Eve 'N Steven

We had heard that the Cliffs of Moher were one of the many sights in Ireland we had to check out and we were certainly not disappointed. This tour had two convenient pickup spots on either side of the liffey and the buses are large and modern with (ours had one usbc and one usbA port) charging ports. My only critique would be that so many of the tour busses leave on the same schedule that some of the attractions can get crowded as well as the rest stops along the way. With that out of the way, Our tour guide was Eve and our driver was Steven and they were both rockstars. Eve was kind enough to have a sign with a "return to bus" time in the window everytime we got out so there were no issues. Plus either Eve or Steve threw a tricolor lanyard over the bus' mirror which made ours easy to recognize. At each stop, Eve would send two maps down each side of the bus allowing us to photograph them and then discussing some of her recommendations so each person could plan their excursion however they liked. She also would play "themed" music throughout the journey inbetween historical discussions which really helped to shorten the of the drive time because there is a lot of driving on this excursion! We were able to get some great shots of the cliffs before the weather pushed in and also enjoy a wonderful meal and walk in Galway before arriving back in Dublin about 2030. This was our first guided excursion on our trip and Eve sets the bar incredibly high. A great experience from start to finish.

Very good

Excellent tour guide and driver. Couldn’t ask for better. Weather caused issues that meant we didn’t see Dunluce Castle due to extreme winds. Same at Giants Causeway. David and Krishna did their best but they can’t control the weather. One very small quibble is that it would be nice to be returned to the location that you got onto the coach.

Our guide Stephen was...

Our guide Stephen was quite funny and knowledgeable, although I wish the weather (and volume of tourists) at the Cliffs had been better, though no fault of the tour itself. It was a little disappointing to miss the guided tour of Galway though, as I booked this tour over one of the other ones more or less because of an advertised tour. The guide tookoff before the entire bus unloaded so some of us in the back were left behind. We ended up spending more than half the time in Galway waiting for a table at The King's Head pub, which had terrible service and overpriced food, not worth the wait. I liked some aspects of the tour more than others, would still recommend it but our particular trip was not perfect. I would consider one of the other tour options elsewhere in Ireland should I return.

Not even the rain could dampen this adventure!

Excellent tour! Ian, our guide, was full of fascinating details and entertaining corny jokes. He along with our driver, JP, kept us on time and on schedule despite the rain, wind and power outages. Loved the castle tour, the monastery grounds were gorgeous, and Ritchie at Cullen Family Sheep Farm was a delight! He didn’t let the blustering wind and rain deter his smile and demonstration one bit. Great adventure!

A tour worth doing

A good price for this tour which was well done by Matt and Keith keeping us informed with all the importance of the history of Ireland and Dublin and also how Dublin is growing by explaining the history from where it was to where it is

Pick what you want to see in Bunratty castle area ahead of time as plenty to visit.

10/10 great experiance with a great guide good stories and folklore, comfy bus and the two rest stops seem short but had plenty of time to get drinks/short bathroom break if needed. Personally wish we had more time at Bunratty castle vs Cliffs of Mohor.

Vikings once settled here

If you want to visit key areas of where the Vikings once lived, this is the tour for you. They shot some key scenes for Vikings the series here. Beautiful landscapes, including waterfalls, a river and a forest. Ian our guide was knowledgeable about the history of this land. Didn’t know they encompassed the sun logo to the Christian cross for inclusivity sake for Christian’s and Pagans. JP our bus driver skillfully took us through some windy roads. Felt safe. The sheep and dog demonstration was a wonderful and educational experience. Highly recommend this tour!!!

Great day with Paul and Pete!

Wild Rover review So nice to have a driver (Pete) AND a tour guide (Paul) on this excellent tour! Despite a monsoon blowing through the first half, Pete navigated us safely through it all. Paul gave interesting narration on and off the bus. The sheep farm demonstration was unexpectedly amazing! So glad that was included - along with the mystic and beautiful Glendalough and fun Kilkenny! Go see the Rothe House and Gardens if you want to see a medieval Irish garden and home. We loved that recommendation. Thank you Paul and Pete for a lovely trip! Jessica and Michelle, Boston USA
