Memorable Tour
This was a great tour. It was exactly as advertised. The tour covered everything that was promised exactly as promised. Our guide, Ian was amazing impressive. He was clear, interesting and rich with information and advice. Our driver, Krishna, was amazing, piloting our 63 person bus around twisting mountain roads and through country lanes. Both Ian and Krishna were always friendly and helpful. This was a tour we’ll remember for a long time. Strongly recommended.

Best tour guide and driver
We loved seeing the sights and spending time in different places. What makes this tour great was our guide, Paul and the driver Pauolo. They were very knowledgeable, funny, patient, and a joy to be around.

Cliffs of Moher and Galway experience!
We had a great experience touring the west coast of Ireland with Wild Rover Tours. The pick up and drop off location was convenient, the tour bus was set with comfortable AC and seats, our tour guide was very informative and provided interesting stories and facts of Ireland and its history. We were slightly bummed upon arriving to the cliffs of Moher, due to cloudy weather and low visibility but we were still grateful and were able to see a small section of the cliffs nearby. After Cliffs of Moher we drove along scenic views to the town of Galway where we were able to shop, eat, and experience the town. We were provided with ample amount of time at each stop, 2 hours. I highly suggested booking this tour!

Scenic and Fun Day Trip
Overall, this was a great day trip from Dublin. I debated between doing this on my own via car or train, and in the end, I went with the tour. It was an early departure from central Dublin (down the street from Trinity) at 6:55 AM. After an hour, we had a short, 15-minute restroom break, and then it was another two-hour drive to the Cliffs. We spent two hours at the Cliffs, which was more than the last tour I took here a few years ago (that was 90 minutes). Two hours allowed for casual exploration along all the paths and allowed time to eat if desired. We then departed for another two hours to Galway, where we arrived around 2:00 PM. We had two hours to eat and explore before returning to the bus. Galway features cobblestone streets, restaurants, live music, and boutique shops. Our return journey was around three hours to a 10-minute rest break, followed by another 45 minutes back to our starting point. We returned to Dublin around 7:30 PM. The guide was great, full of stories and fun. It was easy to tell that he really enjoyed his job and working with tourists. He was genuinely friendly as he interacted with each passenger throughout the bus ride and allowed time for us to sleep. The reason I chose this company was the extra 30 minutes at the Cliffs and the order of the stops. I had previously taken a tour with another company, and while I considered going with them again, I preferred to end the day in Galway rather than at the Cliffs (which is what the other company does). This company also provided 30 additional minutes at the Cliffs, whereas the other company used those 30 minutes for two scenic stops. For me, having more time at the Cliffs and ending the day in Galway was the better option. The only downside was the bus. Oddly enough, you could tell by the license plate that it was purchased in the second quarter of 2026, meaning it was new. However, unlike other buses, there was no drop-down table to rest your phone, and the internet was nonexistent. It kept going in and out and was not reliable. On the plus side, the charger worked well. This is where the other company shined - better bus and better internet for the long drive. All in all, a great trip.

Our tour guide, Connor, was fantastic and kept the tour lively and fun. The driver also gets top marks for navigating some tricky roadways. I also appreciate how Connor kept us informed of the timeframes and itinerary throughout the day. The right mix of talking and quiet time.

Our tour guide and driver both did a wonderful job. Our guide had tremendous knowledge of Belfast and a personal history that she shared with us throughout the day. It made the tour that much more special. She was also very personable and took the time to talk with everyone at different points during the trip.

A bright tour with Jillian and Pete
Very nice esperience with Jillian and Pete. The trip is quite long because of the distance from Dublin, but we had a very great time. We spent two hours at the Cliffs of Moher and two in Galway. Jillian gave us a lot of interesting information about the areas we went through, included information about fairies and leprechauns. I've loved it! Pete is a very good driver, Jillian is nice and brillant. Strongly reccomended. Giusy

Went to cliff of Moher and Galway with the Wild Rover Tours and I highly recommend! Our tour guide was Dáithí (David in Irish) and our bus driver was Casper. We were picked up from Dublin, Ireland. Big shout out to Dáithí for excellent communication, great story telling of Ireland’s history, and excellent shop and restaurant recommendations. Also, thank you Casper for making the ride smooth and efficient! Our bus was completely full. Therefore, we were assigned seats by groups. So that was our seat for the entire duration of the trip. Food and drinks were allowed on the bus, but note that hot food is not allowed as it leaves behind odors. We made a pit stop there and back, with 15 minutes each time. You can use the restrooms, stretch, and replenish on snacks and beverages. The cliffs of Moher were beautiful. Luckily, we went in the beginning of August and the weather was great. There was no fog, making everything visible. You are given two hours to eat and explore. Galway was a great experience as well. Dáithí announced a great amount of shop and restaurant recommendations based on different tastes and budgets. When we parked at Galway, he even walked into the streets with us and had us tell him where we wanted to go and he gave us instructions of how to get there. Overall we highly enjoyed and recommend visiting the cliffs of Moher and booking with Wild River Tours for hassle free traveling through the beautiful coast of Ireland! We started with a tour of Belfast and the Giants causeway with our guide Stephen and driver Donna. It was a very fun day trip with lots of laughs thanks to Stephen's many funny stories. Thanks to that, we wanted to do another day trip with Wild rover tours. So we booked a trip to the Cliffs of Moher and Galway, where we had the guide Niamh and Sarah driving the bus. They were also very good and provided many laughs. All in all we were very happy with Wild rover tours and will go with them again when we are back in Ireland. 😊

We had an awesome experience with this company! First of all I came down with food poisoning and couldn’t attend my scheduled trip and was able to switch to another day(this is not their normal policy). I was very very grateful! Also I cannot say enough great things about our guide Owen or Eoghan (not sure how he spells it). He was very knowledgeable, entertaining and tied all of his storytelling and music to each location we drove through. It was not your typical cheesy tour. Pete our driver was excellent also!!
