Wonderful tour!!
This day trip was exceptional! Niamh was our guide and she was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Aaron, our bus driver, was exceptional at navigating the roads and the detour we had to take when a road was closed. I always felt safe and cared for during the trip. The Cliffs are absolutely spectacular and adding this tour to our itinerary broke up some long days of walking. Galway was a nice city that I’m glad we got to visit. The trip was broken up with one rest stop on the three hour trip to the Cliffs and one rest stop when heading from Galway back to Dublin. The stops are quick, 15 min, and you have time to use the restroom and grab a quick snack from the convenience store.

One of the best guided tours I've ever done. Top notch storytelling from Stephen and impeccable timeliness from Marco, not to mention the exceptional views along the way. Ireland is truly as beautiful as they say. Would 100% recommend this day trip. Learned so much about Ireland's history and politics and social dynamics, the details provided were right up my alley. You could really tell how passionate Stephen is about providing as much detail as possible and it's been the opposite of a dry history lesson. Instead, he shared loads of personal family stories which put things into perspective and offered some much needed context for any foreigner. Thank you Marco & Stephen for a terrific day.

The black cab tour was...
The black cab tour was wonderful. Good to know the history of the troubles before you go! The journey into Northern Ireland , the Dunluce Castle and the Great causeway were wonderful and very well narrated! Driver and tour guide a great team!

Would Book this Tour Again!
This was a perfect day trip to take in the Irish countryside, see an iconic view, and visit another Irish town! The bus was very clean and comfortable with WiFi and air conditioning. Our tour guide, Stephen O’Malley did a great job incorporating personal stories, Irish history, and even played some Irish tunes for us! Marco our driver was all fantastic, shout out to his parallel parking skills!

A tour to remember
We had a wonderful overall experience with tour guide Stephen O’Malley and tour bus driver Marko. We learned so much of Irish history and culture. To top it all off we listened to Irish music with explanation of the lyrics. Well done Stephen!! You have a gift!

Very fun trip. The driver, marky-doughnuts, was great. The guide, Steven O’Malley, was very entertaining and knowledgeable about the sights and Irish history in general. They both made the experience.

I had an amazing time visiting the Cliffs of Moher and Galway! The itinerary was well-planned, and the time allotted at each location was perfect—never rushed. Our guide, Stephen, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, sharing great insights and stories throughout the trip. Marko, our driver, was terrific—safe, smooth driving, and got us to and from each destination comfortably. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun, informative, and stress-free way to explore Ireland’s beauty.

This tour did exactly what we wanted it to do — it got us to the Cliffs of Moher and Galway without the hassle of renting a car, driving across the country, or coordinating logistics. From that standpoint, it met expectations perfectly. The Cliffs themselves were absolutely stunning and truly a must-see for anyone visiting Ireland. Galway was a nice stop as well — a charming little town — though for me, the highlight was definitely the Cliffs. My main criticism of the tour is the comfort of the coach bus. My partner and I (5’11” and 6’3”) found the seating extremely tight, with low seat backs that offered no head support. We were also asked not to recline our seats so everyone had enough space, which is understandable but added to the discomfort. Given that this tour involves around six hours of driving and only about four to five hours of sightseeing, the lack of comfort made for a long and somewhat tiring day. That said, the tour itself was well-organized. There were plenty of rest and snack stops, so you never had to worry about food, drinks, or bathrooms. Our guide, John, was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about Ireland and its history. He made the long journey much more enjoyable, taking time to chat with everyone and share interesting insights. And JP, our driver, deserves huge credit for safely navigating a massive coach through Ireland’s narrow country roads — truly impressive! My only regret was not having cash on hand to tip them both, as they absolutely deserved it. Overall, if you’re not planning to rent a car and want a convenient way to see the Cliffs and Galway in one day, this tour delivers exactly that. Just be prepared for a long day and a somewhat cramped ride — especially if you’re tall.

We were a group of 5 from Canada who participated in the Cliffs of Mohr, Atlantic Wildway, and Galway tour with Josh and Marco. We highly recommend this tour. It was easy to book, the communication throughout the process, and the overall experience was fantastic. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and personable with his own style and sense of humor. It was truly appreciated how the tour engaged all participants by asking for music requests and questions that were answered in-depth at a good pace and appropriate times. The added information regarding the various points of interest added to the overall.excellent experience. Marlo was an outstanding driver especially on the narrow roads. We thank both, Josh and Marko, for their professionalism and an awesome day! We were definitely in good hands. Great way to see these sights.

The trip to Moher’s Cliffs were a beatiful adventure, the bus was comfortable and the guide Josh did an amazing job, he was so nice and explain lots of things to us during the trip, making it enjoyable and fun.

We are on the way back to Dublin from our all-day Cliffs of Moher and Galway City tour with Wild Rover and I didn’t even want to wait to write this review! We laughed a lot, learned even more so, felt safe on the road, and just had a beautiful day. Josh was stellar - from crack (or should we say craic) of dawn to early evening return. He was engaging through and through, sharing great stories and thoughtful answers to our questions, as well as balancing quiet reflective times too. Marco was our steady, ace driver throughout (kissing corner was no match)! They are fantastic and we heartily recommend you take this tour too!

we are family of 4 and we just had best experience visiting cliffs of Moher with Josh and Marko. Josh was our guide and he really put so much effort to make this trip one of most memorable ones. He was so knowledgeable and funny too! I am highly recommending this tour! Its so worth it!

Had a tour today to Cliffs of Moher, along the Atlantic Coast and Galaway. Our driver was Marco and our guide was Josh. They were both absolutely the best! My mother needed mobility assistance which we didn't let them know beforehand and they were extremely kind and let us board earlier so she could get up front in the seats. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, goofy and made the day great! We laughed throughout the day and it was a blast. The sights and towns were a joy and beautiful! I would highly recommend this tour and especially having Macro and Josh be your driver and guide!
