Me and my boyfriend had a great experience on the wild rover tours, the driver was amazing and the speaker was kind, gentle and he explained to all the passengers the history of this great country. We defenatly suggest this experence for discover Galway and the Cliffs of Moher.

Good way to get a sampling of another part of the country. The cliffs are spectacular and Galway a fun change from Dublin. Well paced tour with stops, music, commentary - tip- bring a windbreaker or rain jacket for the cliffs- can be extremely windy. Great tour - Matt and Steven were both fantastic at their roles. Matt did a fantastic job adding interesting historical tidbits along the way that made the drives go by quickly. Get fresh seafood in Galway!

You spend most of the time in the bus since it is a long journey. When we arrived the weather was very bad so we didn’t get a nice view of the cliffs. Our tour guide Niamh was great

Loved this experience!!

I am a solo traveler who never books tours and typically like to explore new places on my own. I did a lot of research on the best day trip to Cliffs of Moher from Dublin and am SO grateful I came across this itinerary with Wild Rover Tours. Matt and Joe were phenomenal--I miss them already! I was nervous about going on my own but made a new friend with my seat neighbor on the bus. Really appreciate the great hospitality, hearty laughs, and lovely memories! Highly recommend booking this if you don't drive, or can't make it to the cliffs on your own.

Amazing Day Trip

Enjoyed every moment of the day. The bus was clean, comfortable and on time. Juan Paul has interesting stories and recommendations to share. Sarah was the most amazing bus driver. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit to Cullen's Sheep Farm. We saw the sheepdog at work and had the opportunity to hold a lamb. Highly recommended trip!

Fun day trip from Dublin

Very enjoyable day! The sheep dog experience was wonderful and exploring Glendalough and Kilkenny was a nice break from Dublin. Paul the guide kept us well informed on the places we visited and Sarah kept us safe as she drove us from place to place.

I was very pleased with the tour! Steven O’Molly was wonderful, he made the tour interesting and fun. He is a great storyteller and brings Ireland to life. Our bus driver was awesome also, I believe his name is Krishna.

Event at castle

As our guide knew there were Halloween events at the castle, it should’ve been advised when we purchased as we could’ve picked a different day. We only got to see 2 rooms when we had been told we’d be able to go to the top and see all the rooms. Very disappointed and lessened the value of the tour. Felt misleading.

Good experience even when you are not a “tour person”

We are not really a “tour persons”, but this one was fine even for us. Our tourgide Paul was funny and very kind. Sometimes it was harder to understand him, because of the accent and our not so perfect english skills. We really feel that he likes his job and that he knows a lot about the country. Sheep farm was suprisingly very good experience. Bus was comfortable.

Highly recommend this tour

Paul and Sarah were great. I really enjoyed learning about the working dogs and training process at the sheep farm. We had a good amount of time at each location without feeling rushed and that was after enjoying the walking tours from Paul.

Well Worth the Trip from Dublin!

Do not let the long bus ride deter you from this tour! Dave and Stipe kept us entertained the entire time with fascinating facts and stories about Ireland’s history, along with spectacular views of the ocean and countryside. Dave also gave amazing food, shopping, and sightseeing recommendations for Galway, plus great tips on the best ways to experience the Cliffs. They both brought so much character and fun to the tour!
