We did the Wild Rover Tour to the Giant’s Causeway, Belfast City, and Dunluce Castle on 8/20/25 absolutely amazing! The tour was perfectly run from start to finish. We arrived at 6:45am, the bus was clean and comfortable, and I loved that we could leave things on the bus (helpful we left our jackets since the day was warmer than expected). Our guide was fantastic (wish I remembered his name!) and the driver was excellent so glad we didn’t try driving ourselves. The Black Cab Tour in Belfast was a highlight, especially for my husband, and I ended up really enjoying it too. The Giant’s Causeway? WOW. Truly breathtaking. Dunluce Castle was a surprise it’s a ruin, not rooms to walk through but still fascinating and such a sight to see. The whole day felt well-paced, never rushed, with plenty of bathroom stops. Beautiful scenery, great company, and a top-notch tour. Highly recommend!

We booked a Wild Rover tour to the Cliffs of Moher and Galway yesterday, and had such an amazing experience. Our driver, Stephen, and our guide, Daithi (DAH-hee), were incredible. Stephen expertly navigated the huge bus along the narrow coastal roads like a pro. The man parallel parked a BUS!! Most impressive. Daithi was a natural-born storyteller. Treating us not only to his deep, melodic, Irish-accented voice (he could easily be a voice actor or an audio book narrator… for *ahem* …. spicier stories) but also to beloved stories of his grandmother, and tales of the history and people in the places we visited. Also worth mentioning, was Daithi’s killer taste in music, sharing stories to go with each carefully chosen song he played for us, while on the road. The views were breathtaking, the tour was amazing, with several stops along the way. Galway was a colorful and fun stop. We found the best fish & chips I’ve ever had. I strolled the streets, stopping into the Aran wool shops, bookstores, and watching street performers, while my husband and his brother enjoyed a pint at a nearby pub. If you are prone to motion sickness (as I am), I’d recommend taking your chosen medicine before hopping on the bus. The roads are narrow and winding, and can induce a bit of nausea. Also, if your friends and family make fun of your small bladder, please note there is no toilet on this bus, so don’t chug a coffee right before you board. I would highly recommend Wild Rover and especially Daithi and Stephen. Both were always friendly, welcoming, and smiling. They made our day incredible.

So worth the money!

WELL worth the money! We had Mick as a driver and Daniel as a tour guide up to Northern Ireland. Hit the big stops in Northern Ireland and learned the important history of the area along the way. Highly recommend!

Wonderful trip with an engaging tour guide

Wonderful trip! Daniel the tour guide was engaging and interesting. Mick drove the bus and like all bus drivers impressed me with how he could manage tight spaces. The stops were beautiful and the Titanic experience was breathtaking. Unfortunately, I don’t think there was enough time at Titanic. You’d definitely need a few hours to fully appreciate all the history. However, for a day tour it was wonderful to see multiple places and let someone else drive!

Must-do

Brian taught us so much Irish history as we made our way across Ireland to the cliffs. The cliffs are a must-see, and are magnificent. Thank you, Brian for sharing g all your knowledge!

The highlight of my trip to Ireland!

The was a fabulous trip. I cannot say enough what a great experience and strongly recommend the black cab tours. Sean and Pete were outstanding. Sean was very knowledgeable and had alot of great information and interesting stories that provided a lot of context about where we were going. Pete has amazing driving skills and was just delightful! This trip was the highlight of my trip

100% would do it again, highly recommend. Great your guide and excellent choice of locations to visit. Sid and Neal fill the day with fun and also give tons of recommendations for your remaining time in Ireland.

Awesome tour for the whole family!!!

An absolute MUST DO experience if travelling to Dublin… Our tour guide (Neil) and bus driver (Sidney) were so friendly, welcoming, inclusive to all, not to mention the wealth of knowledge they both had to share with us, made the experience even more worth while! Family friendly experience as there were small children on the tour… Ensure to wear comfortable shoes and clothing, bring a jumper in your back pack as you cal leave your bags on the bus while at each destination… as there’s a bit of walking if you choose too do the walks… there’s a road train in Kilkenny that takes you around town for just €9… The working sheep dog farm was fun and you get to hold a baby lamb for cuddles!!! Highly recommend this tour!!!

Great black cab tour. If you can go it’s a must

Both Daniel (tour guide) and Mick (driver) were fantastic and kept the long journey entertaining. The black cab tour is a must for anyone who is not from Europe or familiar with “the troubles.” The castle and Causeway was also beautiful country.

Splendid experience. Daniel (the guide) was absolutely great and the Mick (the driver) were great in keeping us entertained and feel safe. The sightings were absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend, no brainier.

Fantastic tour! 10/10 Neil was a fantastic tour guide. He shared lots of information, was entertaining and very approachable. Both Niel and the driver Sid were very friendly. Good amount of time at each stop. A good mixture of seeing interesting historical sites and beautiful countryside. The walking tours were very interesting and a great length, allowing us a good amount of time to look around at each place independently. Thanks so much. Would highly recommend this tour. :)

Some of the most beautiful places

Very fun trip. Neil and Syd were great guides. The mountains are beautiful and the sheep dogs were really fun. Kilkenny was great but the time there is quite short.
