We purchased tickets to the Cliff in October. There were 7 of us. On the day of the tour we went to the meeting spot early because we didn't want to be seated at the back of the bus (one member of our group has vertigo and another has a medical condition that may lead dizziness, so accessibility and ease of mobility are important for us). When we got on to our bus, the driver Colin put us at the back of the bus given that at that time the bus was basically empty. We asked why we were being seated at the back, but he kept saying that he has to fill the bus and that we can choose between "it's either at the back of the bus or outside the bus". He just kept saying us without letting anyone speak. He was so rude, you couldn't even talk to him properly as I was just trying to understand why we were being shoved at the back of the bus. If it wasn't our last day in Dublin, then we would have definitely left the bus. Our day was ruined by him. Be wary when booking with them. They could just assign seating at the time of booking so that people will know what to expect. We didn't know large group will be seated at the back because there was no such thing on their website or the tickets they sent! We were and are still bitter about the way driver Colin treated us, he was so rude, unfriendly and racist. Do better. EDIT: Here is the reply to the owner, since I cannot reply to that. We have been in a few travel tours in our 14 days trip to Europe, this is the first time we have been assigned a seat at the back. This is the first travel tour that assigned us a seat. Also, we can all be seated by two's and 1 like some groups was seated. That's why we had gone early to the meet up place to avoid seating at the back. We didn't need to communicate our medical concerns as we didn't know that was your company's rule. We would have, had we known. Also, you didn't acknowledge the fact the Colin was rude and kept saying "it's either the back of the bus and outside the bus". Is that how you do business? He couldn't even let me speak, or let me get across a sentence. He was just rude. I was not fighting him or confrontational, I was merely asking why we had to seat at the back of the bus. Also, we had trouble finding our seatbelt and when we couldn't find it they were I guess okay going ahead with the tour without our seatbelt. No true solution. Good thing we found the seatbelt at the end. With no explanation and being yelled at "it's either the back or the bus or outside the bus" what would you think?

Great experience, highly recommend!

My partner and I took my mom on this trip and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. We were initially apprehensive to be on a bus for so long but the whole system is well oiled and very organized. Archie, our tour guide, was very friendly and entertaining. The itinerary allows you a rest stop at least every two hours or sooner. You see so much and learn a lot about Ireland culture abc history. I highly recommend this tour very well worth the time and money!

Great tour to the Cliffs!

Our guide was magnificent, entertaining and informative and the driver was excellent! Th Cliffs were breathtaking and Galway was a gem, all dressed up for the holidays!

Such a wonderful day trip! Tour guide Dave was a great story teller along on the drive to the first stop and gave some great recommendations of places to go to in Galway. 10/10 would recommend.

Very informative & fun tours

Our guide Keith was very informative. Gave us loads of info & personal experiences. Really enjoyed the extras we got & his playlist was great. Fantastic off season tour not to many people at the Cliffs. Ennistown was very charming with a great lunch stop & we had Bunratty castle almost all to ourselves.

Such a nice trip! Archie is the best tour guide. But we would’ve loved to have more time in Galway and less at the Cliffs instead.

Amazing views

The Cliffs of Moher had one of the most amazing views from our whole trip and we consider it to be a must while in Ireland. We were happy to have plenty of time there without feeling rushed. It was quite a drive from Dublin though but totally worth it; Maurice, our tour guide, made the it easier by telling us about Irish history and culture from key places, people and events while passing by. After the cliffs, we had some nice time in Galway's famous pubs for a couple of hours before going back to Dublin.

Great day out!

What a wonderful day! The cliffs were breathtaking and we learned more than we expected to about JFK. Walking around Galway was the highlight for me, especially with the buskers and the Christmas Market. Thank you, Archie and Stephen!

Overall wonderful experience

It was an amazing experience overall. I have never been to Ireland and this trip just showed me how beautiful it is and the people as well. Archie was an amazing guide teaching us so much about the culture while Stipe was driving us to our destination safely.

Excellent day trip to Belfast and Giants Causeway. It’s a long day but enough breaks to make it manageable. Oona and Billy were great!

First, Una and Billy are AWESOME. Just a great day trip to Belfast, Dunluce Castle, and Giant's Causeway. Second - don't bring hot food on the bus. Una told us all. There's a sign. It's not difficult. But the experience was worth every penny and we enjoyed every minute! 🇮🇪 (Also, Billy doesn't get enough credit for getting us all home alive.)

I did the Belfast Black Cab tour & Giants Causeway. The Cab tour was very informative and interesting. Kevin was our driver. The Wild Rover crew were also very informative about what we would be seeing along the way. The sun came out before we got to Giants Causeway and made everything even greener. Thanks for another great tour.
