Pleasant tour

We had a pleasan tour with Keith and Kevin. Everything were professionally organized. Enjoyed listening to interesting stories and history of Ireland. The scene were fabulous and the tour times were just right. You need to prepare with rain-resitant clothing, water and some snacks for the day.

Excellent tour

Stephen was our tour guide and he was so fun! Very knowledgeable on history too. He was super kind and offered to take pictures (especially for us solo people) and talked a ton more about Ireland. Michale was our driver and he was fantastic as well. Definitely a great experience.

A wonderful trip!

Ian was very helpful and the trip was very enjoyable! We are Spanish and had 0 problems understanding the trip. He even taught us to pronounce some Irish words!

Interesting, Educational & Fun

From booking the tour to our wonderful tour guide and driver, it all was wonderful. Our tour guide took great care of us during the trip by providing clear instructions and looking over the group to ensure we were all present and OK. He is very knowledgable on the tour sites as well as history and from the places most of us came from. He is an asset to the experience. The black cab tour in Belfast was interesting and fascinating. Hearing about the reality of the troubling times, not too long ago, from our driver gave it a very personal touch and brought it to life for us. I look forward to our next adventure with Viator.

Assolutamente da vivere!!

Esperienza fantastica, vissuta a piene mani tra i luoghi più belli d’Irlanda. Le Cliffs of Moher restano uno dei luoghi più belli ed emozionanti al mondo, e Galway permette di vivere a piene mani i colori, i sapori, gli odori più veri di questa stupenda nazione! Il viaggio è stato comodo e piacevole, e la guida, lovely Matt, ci ha seguiti con attenzione, simpatia e raccontandoci tutti i dettagli di ciò che i nostri occhi incontravano, senza dimenticare di renderci partecipi della storia dell’Eire. Direi che è un tour che tutti dovrebbero fare, irrinunciabile!

Compact tour, ideal for solo travelers

As a woman traveling solo, I booked the day tour and can highly recommend it. Of course, one could have spent more time at some places. However, the schedule is clearly communicated on the website, so you know what to expect, and it was fine. The guides also always clearly communicated the bus departure times. Michael got us everywhere safely, and Rory kept us entertained. It was a nice touch that he personally asked everyone on the bus at the end how we were doing and if we had any questions or needed any tips. The tour was especially worthwhile for the Giant's Causeway (I recommend taking the route along the cliffs and then walking down the shepherd's steps; it was beautiful). This UNESCO World Heritage Site is simply breathtaking!

Late November trip, beautiful sunny cool day.

Think time could have been adjusted to have more time in Kilkenny vs Glendalough as nothing was really open there and 2hrs was too much time there. More time could have been used in Kilkenny shopping or seeing the castle or grabbing a bite to eat. Both were beautiful places just think time could be adjusted based on time of year and/or day of week and knowledge of what is happening locally.

Highlight of our Dublin trip

Great experience with Ian, our tour guide and Mercen, our driver. The tour was great and I learned a lot. The highlight of my entire trip is being able to hold a baby lamb! I wasn’t sure whether this was possible because we came late November, but Wild Rover made it happen. Since it was winter, we went to the sheep farm first, then Glendalough, and finally Kilkenny. I would’ve like Kilkenny first because we missed out on the castle (it closed at 4:30) and there were shops closing and no more sun. I do think it’s what has to happen given that the sun sets early in the winter. Everything was clear and no one had issues with finding their way back at each stop. I highly recommend!

In October we had a bus tour to the Cliffs of Moher. Although the weather wasn't that great, Matt and Darren have made our tour the best one! Interesting stories, music and smooth driving were on point. I would definitely recommend Wild Rover Tours! PS. Please don't forget to clap after every Matt's speech :D
