I went on the tour to the Cliffs of Moher and Galway, and it was amazing! We had a great guide, Josh, and driver, JP. They made the day so fun and engaging, while also keeping us on time and teaching us do much about Ireland. I absolutely recommend this tour and Josh was fantastic!

Josh (our guide) and JP (our driver) were fantastic! This tour started with so many fun facts and stories about Ireland, which continued throughout the day. We had games going on in the bus and Josh answered all of our questions throughout the day. We had plenty of time at the Cliffs and in Galway to see and explore for ourselves, with recommandations from our guide. I went to a pub recommended by Josh and had delicious seafood chowder, I would absolutely recommend the Kings Head in Galway for lunch. My one piece of advice would be to prepare for rain at the Cliffs or Moher, I didn't prepare well enough and my phone got wet and stopped taking a charge. I was able to find a store in Galway to help me, but it put a bit of a damper on the day for me. Overall a great day trip to take from Dublin, full of beautiful views, history, learning, and fun! Would 100% recommend.

Excellent tour, worth the time and price.

Our guide Eve and driver Keith were excellent throughout the day. They demonstrated knowledge, humour and patience throughout the day. Eve throughly explained the history of Ireland and the significance of various sights. Well worth the price and we would recommend to anyone looking to explore Ireland outside of Dublin.

Sheep Farm

Excellent trip! My wife got to hold a baby sheep, was the highlight of the day. The scenery was beautiful, and our guide Paul and our driver Sarah were both excellent!

Una was fantastic! Black car tour was very interesting and informative - learned a lot about the history through the stories shared. Causeway and castle were stunning. I'm looking forward to going back to Northern Ireland, especially the country side

This was a wonderful tour! Our tour guide was very entertaining and knowledgeable. He kept us laughing the whole trip and shared interesting stories about the history of the places we were visiting.

Very long day.

It’s a long day. Bring a water bottle, rain coat/wind breaker (just in case) and wear very comfortable walking shoes. Kilkenny - doesn’t include admission to castle (don’t think there is much to see). Walking tour was ok. Would have been better to just explore on my own. Glendalough: we had barely enough time to walk to the lower lake. It was a lake. Should have walked around the town instead. Heard they had good gelato. Sheep dog demo was super cool. Glad I saw it.

This is the one!

Absolutely the best trip of the week! Perfect blend of countryside and history. Guided tours were very informative and warm. The sheep dog experience was truly Ireland. Must do!

Ireland Trip Highlight

Highlight of our trip to Ireland! Maurice was an informative and entertaining guide and JP was an excellent driver. Well worth the long drive for the views along the way! Galway was pretty rainy and miserably cold but that is obviously not the tour’s fault. We did manage to have incredible fish and chips there at Maurice’s recommendation so it wasn’t all bad!

Core memories made

Our driver Sarah and tour guide Paul were both amazing. Went for a birthday trip and Paul got the whole bus singing happy birthday. Truly made it memorable. The whole tour was amazing, Kilkenny is an amazing little town with such nice hidden gems, the whole ride up the mountain was straight out of a fairy tale and then ending off the tour with the sheep farm will go down in history. Truly a memorable experience. Thank you Wild Rover Tours!

Full day!

Long drive to/from Belfast (2.5 hrs each way). We didn't see the Bobby Sands mural… in reading the itinerary, I expected both the black cab and time at titanic museum. That was not the case. We had to choose one or the other. Our guide dropped us off at both Dunluce Castle and Giants causeway and gave us free time to explore on our own. We had 15 minutes at the castle and 2 hours at giants causeway. If you are able to, recommend the red trail down and blue trail back. Not many choices for lunch - either quick meal at Titanic cafe or at the pub or hotel at giants causeway. Both the tour guide and driver were nice and professional.
