Great variety of stops, good to give a tiny taste of the Kilkenny - Glendalough - Wicklow areas. Richy and his sheepdog demo was worthwhile. Amazing to watch. Kevin and Peter were very approachable and fun. They took good care of us.

I took part in two Wild Rover tours with my family. Paul was the guide for the Cliffs of Moher and Galway tour and Sean was the guide for the Kilkenny and Glendalough tour. I was pleased with both tours. A little more time would have been nice on the Glendalough Lakes. It's really great that, unlike other companies, they have a separate bus driver and tour guide, and they really don't take us to any pointless places just for marketing reasons (restaurants, whiskey distilleries, etc.). I also liked that the guides talked just the right amount: they gave us enough information, but also let us relax a bit and sightsee on the bus. It was typical that everyone spoke according to their own subjective perspectives: Paul along the dimensions of Irish nationalism, Sean as a younger man emphasising the popular culture and music aspects. Perhaps I sometimes found the latter discourse lacking in depth. Overall, both experiences were positive.

An Amazing Adventure With Daithi & Stephen

What an epic adventure we had. Daithi was our guide and Stephen was our driver. Their humor, stories and driving skills rounded out what was an amazing tour.

A fun day with options in Belfast and a great guide and driver!

The guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. The driver also interacted with us (unlike the driver on a Blarney Castle Cork tour.) This tour company was outstanding. Great information. Very safe driver. And three excellent places to visit with the option to do a taxi tour around Belfast (with people living there during 'The Troubles' or a visit to the Titanic museum. We did the later and loved it. So much that I didn't know about the Titanic and it's history. Very good. The Castle stop was good but given the time limitations (in a 13 hr day) it's a castle close to the Giants Causeway so maybe not the best castle if castles are your thing. But I remember learning about the Giant's Causeway as a child so finally getting to visit it was very good. And you can take a shuttle bus down to the Giant's Causeway to do a longer extended walk. Your choice. There is time. I'd definitely recommend this tour operator over the other one we used for our other day trip. Just wish we could have stopped at Bushmills Whiskey!! We drove by it!

The best day ever on an Irish road trip.

Both Ian and John were fantastic tour guides. As soon as we boarded the bus, we could tell that this was going to be a good trip because both of them were friendly and honest and good-natured. Ian was quite knowledgeable about a multitude of facts and information regarding Ireland and its history. John was an excellent and safe driver. We were so glad to have taken this trip with our Irish cousins.

Der Tagesausflug ist eine gelungene Mischung aus Stadt, Historie, Natur und Fahrzeit. In Kilkenny und Glendalough erfährt man viel über Irlands Geschichte. Eine Wanderung um die Seen bei Glendalough lohnt sich auch bei Regen, denn die Wicklow Mountains sind einfach schön. Die Schaffarm ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert und es ist interessant, den Hütehunden beim Training zuzusehen.

Daithi (David) the tour guide was simply fantastic, caring, and entertaining. It felt like a new friend was taking you on a ride explaining everything in a personal and heartfelt way. Steven the driver was also fantastic navigating curves and small streets like a pro. We felt very safe and at ease. There are so many tour companies and we felt like we won the prize! This was the highlight of our visit. I highly recommend them!!

The experience of a lifetime with the best staff

Booking this trip with Wild Rovers was the best choice I could have made for my first time in Ireland. My dream was to visit the Cliffs of Moher and I decided to take a day trip from Dublin to do so and not worry about transport or timing. Let's just say I got so much more. The highlight of our day was undoubtedly the expertise of our guide John and his caring and committed commentary throughout the whole day, and of course the marvellous driving of Marco, who did the impossible on the Wild Atlantic Way. I won't spend much time talking about the sights since, if you're interested in this tour, you probably already know that you're in for the landscapes of a lifetime. What I want to focus on is how great and professional this company and its staff are. I learned so much about Ireland and fell in love with it, all thanks to John and Marco. The organisation was amazing even with not so great weather conditions. Will definitely recommend to anyone going to Dublin. Thank you John and Marco for the best experience and thank you for making my dream of visiting the cliffs come true. The Abingdon girls xx

Great Belfast Black Cab Tour , Dunluce + Giants

Truly amazing trip with guide Kevin(super nice and kind) and coach driver John! We loved the historical Belfast Black Cab tour of the peace wall, trip to Dunluce Castle and Giants Causeway! Highly recommend the trip and layer up, bring your beanie, baseball hats will likely blow away!

I would say this is a must do for all travelers to Dublin. The day started out dark and rainy, but the sun came out just in time for us to see the beautiful Cliffs Of Mohr. Julia was our guide and did a fantastic job. Stephen was the bus driver and had everything under control.
